Im truly honored to practice dentistry. Besides our attention to teeth and dental health, my profession deals with a variety of other important aspects of healthy living. Effective oral health care encompasses the promotion of overall systemic health, the prevention of heart conditions and oral cancer, and the increase of my patients self-esteem.
Dentistry continues to grow by leaps and bounds. In order to consistently offer premium care, I am dedicated to staying educated about new advancements and proactively seek out new ways to further my expertise. My patients may rest assured that their oral health is in good hands. I truly enjoy helping my patients improve their lives by improving their health and smiles.
My goal is to provide the highest level of care possible thats not only efficient but comfortable and convenient as well. I also hope to educate my patients on the best ways to maintain their oral health and enjoy the many benefits that prevention and early restorative care can bring.
Dr. Mercke currently resides in Woodstock, GA with his wife and child. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, basketball, and soccer. He also loves spending time with his family and babysitting for his nephew.

My experience is identical to the previous post. I started coming to this office in 2018 because of the ease of making appointments online and the upfront, no-haggle pricing. You knew what your bill was BEFORE your appointment. It was a very knowledgeable and professional staff. Now, they have an entire new staff working the front. I was overcharged by over $200. They claimed my insurance didn't cover my bill. Well, when Aetna sent out my statement, they covered everything except $60. When I called the office, she made up some fictitious story about how Aetna saw how bad my teeth were and decided to cover it. Well, I've never known an insurance company to be so gracious. I've been calling the office for about 2 months to get my refund and they still haven't called me back nor sent out a check! I too, will not be returning. Terrible office to do business with and they are ripping off their customers

I've been going to Olde Mill Family Dentistry for several years now. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. Dr Mercke is great with calming my anxiety and is very thorough.

charges you and don't tell or explain that they will bill you. spoke to management and they are rude. just bad customer service. asked to see where we signed for charges and would not show us! very unprofessional.

Staff is laid back but professional. Not stuffy but not chaotic, very comfortable atmosphere. They're always up front about costs out-of-pocket. All around great place.

I used to come here and it was a fine dental office. You're quickly in and out and the actual practice was okay. However, every time I come, they try to push you to get Invisalign and it becomes very redundant and annoying. The main reason why I left this dentist: I had a regular teeth cleaning appointment in the beginning of August and the hygienist got sick. They canceled my appointment the morning of and booked my next appointment October 26. Instead of accommodating to my schedule they fit me into their next opening. I kept calling to see if they would tell me if an opening came up or to put me on a high priority list because I did not want to push my teeth cleaning two months out. After the third call they front office told me to call two or three days before a day I wanted to come in to see if there were any cancellations. They said they would also put me on a high priority list and if there were any openings they would call me. I never got a call. I called them to see if there was an opening and there was. They scheduled me for that time and I asked why I never received a call from them if I was on a "high priority list." The front desk informed me that there was a note by my name to call me, but I was never put on a high priority list. Overall, you can find a better dental office with a friendlier/more organized staff that won't push Invisalign on you and will have better schedule accommodations.

Made an appointment online. When I came I was told the dentist is on vacation for a week and they are closed. Yesterday I got text for a reminder appointment and today 30 mins before my appointment. Took the day off for this appointment. Will never come here.

The only concern I have is waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time. As for the service, it was fantastic. The specialist, Tori, was extremely friendly and professional.
