This year our team is excited to be donating to the annual Childrens Holiday Toy and Gift Card Drive for the Alexandria Domestic Violence Program and Sexual Assault Center. This drive is for mothers and children who have been served by the shelter, past and present. Each mother will receive a bag of donated gifts for her children, helping to create special memories for these kids during this time of year. These are often the only gifts these children receive.

We cant deny that 2020 and 2021 have been unprecedently hard for everyone, especially for at-risk populations such as survivors and their children. With the recent increases in homelessness, domestic violence, and poverty, the need for community support is at an all time high. We see that we can truly be there for our neighbor and support them in some of their most difficult times, even in small ways.

Our Old Town Smiles team will be donating both toys and gift cards, and we know many of you have expressed interest in participating as well. We would love to open up this drive to our entire OTS family if you would like to contribute and show the community how much love we have to give!

Weve made it simple for you if you would like to participate! Please bring your unwrapped toy or gift card donation to our office on or before December 9th, and we will take care of the rest. You can also use our link to our Amazon Wish List below and have it sent directly to us.

This staff are amazingly customer service oriented, caring, communicative, go out of their way. Covid or no covid, they never skipped a beat. Personal and personable, they have accommodated so many of my families' individual needs and accommodations over many years. I hate going to the dentist. They are the only ones I have ever recommended. I don't know what I'm going to do one day when I have to leave the area.

By far the best dentist I`ve ever had. Easy to get to, high tech office with smart technicians, bright airy space, with customer service that treats you like you are a well-loved family member. And the best part - these are highly trained experts in their field - so you are getting the best possible care. Highly recommend Old Town Smiles!

I had my teeth whitened in the office earlier this week, after whitening at home for 1 week. Avia explained everything to me before we got started. She was gentle when prepping my mouth for the Zoom whitening treatment. I was given headphones, a blacket and a clicker to use if I needed help immediately. She sat behind my for most of my treatment. Ready with a pen and paper for me to write on if I had questions or concerns while my mouth was busy whitening. I continue to have positive experiences at Old Town Smiles as I march through my treatment plan. My teeth are so white now. My smile has improved greatly since starting with this practice.

Everyone and everything about Old Town Smiles makes you feel like family. They welcome you with a smile and speak with you comfortably whether about dental procedures or life. All are wonderful but Sarah is a great dental hygienist. She is welcoming, concerned about my comfort, and extremely thorough in her cleanings.

I was lucky to get an appointment the morning I called. Old Town Smiles figured out my issue and was able to schedule me on the same day with an amazing orthodontist. That doctor was able to fix the issue with my crown. I look forward to having you guys for a permanent dental office. Thanks again for everything.

So wonderfully greeted and welcomed to the office. Incredibly welcoming staff, and a thoroughly professional appointment. I learned more about my own body than in all previous dental visits. Many thanks. I look forward to a lasting relationship.

It has taken me way too long to write this review. I used to go to another dentist (who I loved) but the last few times my procedures were painful. I have never been afraid of the dentist, so this was not your typical anxiety.I could not get numb. I was referred to Old Town Smiles, by another dentist. Gillie answered the phone when I called and reassured me that I could have painless work done at this office. Dr. Ahmed reassured me that I would feel no pain. She was correct. I was never rushed, she took her time and explained every procedure to me. Not only are Dr. Ahmed and Gillie great and the rest of her staff are awesome too. Highly recommend this practice.

This was the BEST dental experience I've ever had. As soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed and valued. Everyone was very genuine which made me feel so comfortable considering it was my first time visiting the practice. Dr. Ahmed is truly a genius. She was very thorough with my exam and took the time to give me information outside of the dental practice to help address health issues that were affecting my teeth. She cared about my whole being which I really appreciated and I NEVER once felt judged. I don't think any one ever looks forward to going to the dentist but I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit!

I found my first visit today as a new patient at Old Town Smiles to be very warm, understanding, and professional. All staff members demonstrated enthusiasm, intelligence, and skill in the performance of their respective duties, and all communications I found to be very patient-centric. Dr. Ahmed shared incredible insights concerning my particular dental health and foresight about how to proceed holistically taking into account predictable events involving other teeth. I am very confident in Dr. Ahmed and her team of professionals, and exceedingly happy about choosing and being accepted by this practice.

I hate going to the dentist, but I liked everything about this first visit. I feel I can trust these people. Update: i had extensive fitting for a new nightguard, and am extremely pleased with the result.
