Dr. Jeff Blair is a long-time resident of the Verde Valley. Originally from Ogden, Utah, he graduated from Ogden High School, and then Weber State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Chemistry. Dr. Blair went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DMD) from the University of Louisville in Kentucky in 1989.
Following graduation, he completed a General Practice Residency with the U.S. Army at Ft. Carson, Colorado before serving three years as an Army Dental Officer in Buedingen, Germany, supporting the U.S. Cavalry during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Following his time overseas, he began serving the Cottonwood community in private practice at Hilltop Dental Center for over 20 years before creating Old Town General Dentistry and building his new office at 542 North Main Street, moving there in September, 2015.
Away from the office, Dr. Blair is an award-winning photographer and licensed pilot. He also drives an old VW bus that he restored himself, abuses innocent accordions and pianos, and dabbles in astronomy, coin collecting, electronics, and woodworking. He also loves to get away to nature with his wife Debbie and his cameras whenever he has the opportunity. All of the photographs displayed on the walls of his office are his, and he printed and framed them all himself.

I absolutely love this place. I was extremely nervous going in and the Dr. Did everything he could to make me comfortable. Everyone at this office was 5 star from the time I checked in to the time I left. I highly recommend this office.

Great place! You feel like a patient, not a number. The Doctor explains everything in detail during your exam. I love the small town feel of this office. The staff is awesome. This is where I will be going, not some corporate office that can't answer their phone or respond to patients in a timely manner.

I was very happy with the sensitivity and caring of all of the staff and Dr. Blair. Having used VIP Dentistry last, it was like night and day. I can't speak to insurance issues, I pay cash for dental work. Thank you everyone!

Jeff Blair has been our family dentist for years. He is not only superbly knowledgeable but has a wonderful bedside manner that makes an otherwise anxious event an enjoyable experience. The office staff is always cheerful and eager to help. I can't say enough... thank you old town general dentistry ... for just being you! A++

Dr. Blair has been my dentist for 10 years. He has always gotten me in ASAP be it regular appointment or emergency! He is very caring and explains all details thoroughly. I highly recommend him!!

Constant appointments being canceled (were up to 7 now since sept 2020) because Doctor is sick. Always last minute. My grandma paid $800 for a partial denture plate that doesn't fit right. Going on 6 months with her bottom teeth unusable. The doctor and staff are very kind, however doesn't do business efficiently.

God forbid there's an emergency and you don't make your appointment. They charged me $84 for a missed appointment. Don't waste your time with this place.

Yes they are expensive but worth every penny. Little to no wait time, clean and gentle. Could not ask for more.

Can not recommend the business practice of the front office. " Bait & switch" for the Senior community! Watch Out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They lied to me about me being covered by humana for 50 to 80% of the work being done. After the work was done, they got the full amount from me which was $460.00 and said Humana would write me a check. They did not, i'm not covered. Now they want another $100.00 for an xray. I asked them why didn't you tell me i'm not covered, i already had a dentist who priced me half of what they charged me. 1 tooth pulled and 1 small filling. Old town dentistry charged $560.00, BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS

I don't see how anyone gives this practice more than 0 star ( I had to give one star because there is no option for zero star). Here is my reason I'm 68 years old and I dealt with quite a bit dentists in my life, this one tops all of them for taking advantage of people, I went there and asked if they take my insurance for treatment they said yes then I go to see if they would make me a new denture or fix the existing one, then he spent with me less than 10 min. in my way going out the front office charged me $60.00 for copay (never heard that before, but I guess they are Hungry) then few days later I receive a bill for $40.00 because the insurance didn't pay his fee of $100.00. When I talked to some woman there she said that's what it is. People find yourself a decent dentist not a hungry one.
