A long time resident of Southern California, Dr. Riahi received his dental degree from USC School of Dentistry in 2002. Soon after, he established practice in Ventura where he has been providing his patients with state-of-the-art dental care as he is an avid participant in continuing dental education and is consistently performing cutting edge dental procedures. His vast knowledge of highly desirable procedures such as cosmetic dentistry, dental surgery and implant placement have made him an indispensable part of his patients comprehensive dental treatment. Dr. Riahis mild temperament, personable demeanor and extremely gentle approach instill a sense of ease and his empathetic personality further creates the ultimate comfortable environment and a strong bond between him and his patients. When he is not taking care of his patients, Dr. Riahi commits his time to his 15 year old sons academic and athletic endeavors. He is also an avid runner and cyclist who competes in various trail and triathlon races throughout the year.
Joe Pangea graduated from Oxnard College Dental Hygiene program, at the top of his class, with an ASDH in 2007. He soon began practicing in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties working with some of the best dentists around. Always exceeding his continuing education requirements to maintain the highest level of skill and knowledge. Joe has been an active member of the Ojai community since 1999. Coaching both Ojai roadrunners Track and Field and AYSO teams. He was also a Board member for the Ventura County Youth Track Conference. When not in the office, you are likely to find him on a local trail.

Very friendly office. Great customer service. Joe gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. Would recommend this office to anyone, they aren't into sales and pushing unnecessary treatment, they are into what you want and truly need. Dr Riahi provides excellent dental restorative care.

As a hygienist, I am very "picky" about the the quality of dental care I receive. Ojai Dental Studio is first rate. Small customized service, latest technology and general excellence is why I refer my friends and family here. Such a treasure.

I have been to Ojai Dental Studio twice now and both times I have been incredibly impressed with the care and the interactions. The manner in which I was communicated with at the front desk was outstanding. In the chair, the communication was clear, empathetic, caring, thoughtful, and calm. Everything was explained in a manner I could understand and digest. As for the actual care I received, I have not received better at any other dentist I have been to. In short, these folks have earned my admiration. But, more than that, they have earned my trust and my business. No one looks forward to going to the dentist but dental hygienist Joe and Dr. Riahi make it so much easier and more pleasant.

My recent experience at Dr. Frederick's office was phenomenal! His office is sophisticated, professional and has state of the art equipment and digital technology. Moreover, his staff members namely Allison, Jordan and Saunie are extremely knowledgeable, vibrant and genuinely kind. I truly felt Dr. Frederick had my best interests in mind during my initial clinical evaluation and he listened attentively to my concerns. Thus, I highly recommend!!!
