I was treated like a money bag instead of a human being. The Hispanic receptionist was very friendly and conversational with White/Hispanic patients. When it was my turn, she had lots of attitude and poor communication. They advertise equality when I was clearly discriminated on then she tried to set an appointment in September for a dental emergency. They lost 5 patients today because my children and I will not be returning. They actually moved the receptionist from OIC medical to OIC dental however she should have been fired. She had a nasty and unwelcoming attitude then which has not changed. She carries the persona of owning OIC dental. She is very incompetent due to leaving a distorted confirmation voice-mail and is extremely unprofessional.

I called them this morning. I asked the receptionist to give a message to my hygienist so she could tell my doctor that I had an emergency and that I am in a lot of pain. All I wanted was a prescription for this massive tooth pain until I had the money to come in to get it pulled. It's 4:30 now and I haven't heard anything else from them. I called the corporate office also and they told me they would send a message to them. I'm still waiting and the pharmacy will be closing in 20 minutes now. I guess I will have to suffer with this massive pain tonight.

Be careful going here they don't tell you about a Consultation Fee and that they are booked out for 3 months before they can do any dental work for you..

Awesome service. It feels nice to be treated as a human being instead of a money bag. NOTE - They are open 1 Saturday per month by appointment only. They are also closed 1-2 pm for lunch.
