Couldn't be happier with how things went during my wisdom teeth extraction. Staff was super comforting and kind. Wish my wisdom teeth would grow out just one more time so I'm able to visit their office again!

So I had to get one of my teeth extracted. From the receptionist to the doctor doing the procedure, what a great experience! Excellent people to deal with and they show alot of care! Other than having to get one of my teeth removed, it was a pleasure! I highly recommend this center!

They took great care of me when I got my wisdom teeth out and even gave me a gift card after. Everyone was extremely kind and helped me feel better when I was worried!

Wonderful experience with Ohio Center for Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery. Dr. Lewis exudes confidence and experience. He was patient and efficient. He eased my nerves and was very caring. Marcy was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. She was warm and friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend this Center.

Had a lump in my tongue. Dr Tomsic took care of it. She was polite, honest and very professional. Had an issue with a mouth piece and she worked it out with perfection. Made the experience tolerable. If I would need any service again would use and recommend her. Thanks again.

I was called on the same day..an hour before a surgery that I scheduled 2 months in advance!! I was told my dental plan does not cover me, despite my CIGNA plan confirming shortly after that I am covered! I canceld all plans for this surgery and called days in advance to make sure xrays were transferred to be called an hour before surgery!!! Coming from a physician who checks all her patient's labs & results days before their scheduled OR date, & makes sure they are covered insurance wise at the very beginning of their SCHEDULING process & not SURGERY DAY. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism displayed at this center!

Everyone one at this practice are so nice. The waiting room is so calming. Toni was the first person to greet me and she is an excellent representative. So helpful and polite.

I am extremely fearful of dentists and dr Weber and her staff were so patient and kind to me. Kristina did an amazing job keeping me calm, asking what music I wanted to listen to, offering blankets, etc. they really did make the process so smooth to get my wisdom teeth out!!

They were very easy with scheduling. Very prepared with all insurance information. The doctor who performed the procedure was great. The after hours doctor was very kind and attentive to answering questions. My only negative comment is the extreme wait. Our appointment was 8am (they open at 8am) we sat in the exam room for over an hour. My daughter has very bad anxiety (and honestly getting your teeth pulled can cause anxiety for anyone) and she had to wait OVER an hour for the procedure to start. It was extremely distressing. I think the practice needs to reflect on what processes that can put in place to avoid being egregiously late. These types of procedures should be scheduled so they are on time (or reasonably in range) can be met. It's not fair to put individuals through this mental stress. It is a big deal!! Being late is rude in general regardless of business type etc. It's just mismanaging time. Had we waited 15 minutes or less I would have given 4 stars.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out and everyone there was so friendly. They made sure I wasn't scared and made sure that I had all the right meds to help me recover.

First I want to say I am writing this review in hopes that no one will ever have to experience what I have been through. I originally went into my Endodontist for a root canal. Going into the root canal my Endodontist saw my tooth was cracked and said I needed to get it pulled. They recommended the oral surgeons in the building on the 1st floor. I made the appointment for that same week. I arrived and gave them my insurance information and paid the $90 they charged for the consultation and they said that would be all. Since I had insurance I had no reason to think otherwise. I went in to be sedated and as they were putting me under the front desk rep came back and spoke to the nurse. They brought be back up and said there was a problem. My husband didn't want to pay?? I was confused and thought he may have not have know about the bone graft I had decided to get after the tooth was pulled so I could get an implant later. There was whispering and the nurse left came back and proceeded to put me under. I woke up with my husband by my side and I remembered Dr Tomsic saying that my tooth fell apart as she was pulling it. That's all that was said. I had my post op instructions and left. That evening my husband told me they made him pay another $580 for the graft. He was paged from the parking lot. When he went in, he questioned what the fee was about and they said they were going to stop the surgery because I didn't pay?? He was very upset and paid worried that they would bring me out of sedation. I was having pain in the extraction area 10 days after so I went in. Dr Tomsic said everything looked great and in her words "whatever you are doing don't stop". She removed my stitches and I left with an impression that it would heal eventually and I could get my implant once we moved to Florida (the next week) Update.. I have been to 3 surgeons and finally found one that will take on my case. I came to Florida with an infection at the extraction site. I was placed on an antibiotic and given a mouth rinse. The surgeon that reopened the extraction site hoping to put an implant. What he found was disturbing to me. He found no bone of MINE left. All he found was bone graft. When my tooth was extracted my bone was taken out. Maybe it fell apart as Dr Tomsic was pulling my tooth or she had to drill it out and it was taken out that way. NOTHING WAS SAID TO ME ABOUT THIS!! I had no clue. There was no bone of mine for the bone graft to adhere. While the surgeon was in there he cleaned out all the bone graft material and told me I need to heal before anything is done. I feel violated, lied to and mistreated. I was not educated about any of this. Please ask questions and read reviews before allowing a surgeon to even pull a tooth.. as simple as that sounds, it's been a nightmare for me.

I went in VERY nervous and didn't know what to expect. The staff here was extremely understanding, explained everything step by step, made sure I understood what was going to happen and what was happening. Kept me comfortable, even offered a blanket (which was very soft and warm btw.) I would definitely recommend this practice and Dr. Jaclyn Tomsic to ANYONE.

Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Weber and it was such a great experience, from the moment I walked it to when I left! The staff did a great job by making you feel so comfortable and welcome with their warm smiles!! Would highly recommend!!

This place was wonderful and yes they cater to cowards. I had to have some teeth pulled and had a bad experience at Metro that has now got me scared of dentist. The staff was friendly , comforting and kept me calm every step of the way. Excellent staff, clean place and very caring. Thank you for making this extraction not scary at all.

From the very moment I walked through the doors for my consultation I knew I was going to be in good hands. Everyone in this office is so friendly, respectful, courteous and just amazing. The atmosphere was very clean and pleasant to be in. I had my wisdom teeth removed 1-12-2021 by Dr. Tomsic (who by the way is wonderful). I came in with some anxiety but I was quickly reassured that I was going to be perfectly fine and that put my mind at ease. I went home with a pamphlet of aftercare instructions, but that's not what stood out to me. What stood out to me was the care and attention after my procedure I was shown. The young ladies at the front desk were constantly calling me(even one week post op) to check on me to see how I was doing, to see if I had any questions that needed to be answered. That right there was major to me because I've never experienced anything like that before. I just want to thank everybody for their kindness and being so helpful. I will appreciate it forever.

Everyone was very nice! I was very pleased with the care they gave me, but they told me to take Motrin for the pain, this pain is unbearable, and they should have given me something stronger, I am in severe pain!

Went in for a what should have been a simple tooth pull. But when things went very wrong they handled it so well. I just want to thank them for everything.
