We walked in at 8:41 for a 9am surgery, allowing time for IV prep. Received a friendly greeting from receptionist, we checked in, this is first of many issues, the gal that input the surgery details into their system, did so incorrectly. 15 minutes later, everything was fixed, we paid and sat down. Small waiting room, no social distancing. My son was finally called back at 9:28. During our wait, staff congregated at the front desk and to the left or right, giggling and whispering. They had nothing to do? No one provides updates. Each person waiting for a loved one had to keep walking up to the desk and requesting information. After an hour I finally did the same as the others. He was in recovery. At 10:38 I was brought back, and we were given some initial instructions. RX details, stating the dr would call it in shortly to our pharmacy and give it at least an hour to pick-up. The mouthwash he should use as soon as he gets home. The dr would come in to check on him, and someone would go over how to remove and reapply the gauze. She said worst pain is at 5-7 days and call with any issues, but not the Bainbridge number because no one answers explaining the office wasn't open most days. Dr comes in, everything went well, he said worst pain would day 3 or 4. Told us he needs to eat as soon as he gets home so he doesn't get sick from meds. He would send someone in check BP and walk us out. Last girl comes in, does BP then literally opens the door in the room, points down hallway and tells us the elevator was down there. With gas being $5 per gallon, we decided to swing by the pharmacy on the way home, it was around 11:30 so it had been an hour and that pharmacy is usually quick to fill. The pharmacy had no RX yet. I called explained the issue, was put on hold, she picked up and informed me that they send in the RX from am surgeries at lunchtime, so she doesn't know why I was given incorrect information. Someone would call me back when the RX was sent in, no one ever called. My biggest irritant is that I'm wasting expensive gas to go back to the pharmacy later today. We got home, my son being the diligent person he is, pulled out the instructions provided in the take home bag and Googled details. Here's the discrepancies: First, the mouthwash is not to be done until tmrw, we were told to do it when he got home. One person said peak pain day 5-7 another person day 3-4. Dr told him to eat as soon as got home but the instructions state he is to keep the compress in for at least an hour. We weren't shown anything related to the gauze let alone any necessary post-surgical care. Don't call the office, and pushed out the door into a hallway. Not to mention the ridiculous giggle fest in the waiting room. All in all, the Dr seems to have done a good job, in perspective it's been about 3 hours. But the experience as a whole was just poor. I know they have a good rating, personally I would not recommend.

I dealt with Dr. Jaclyn Tomsic, Larissa, Durissa, and the front desk receptionist. All were amazingly friendly and respectful. Super clean and professional office. Transparent pricing! Nothing hidden or surprises! Operation went fast and I am very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this Doctor and facility to anyone looking for their services. No need to keep searching this is the place to go!

I just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you for the gift basket.Also to say again how wonderful the staff and doctor's are. My husband had an appointment today. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Doctors very informative easy to understand. Would definitely recommend

This is a long review but in summary, this was an excellent experience. I'm beyond happy with my surgery with Dr. Tomsic and the staff. I'm only about 12 hours post-op but am so happy to share how effortless it was. I went in for a routine wisdom tooth extraction (all 4 - not impacted) at the age of 38. During the consultation, we discussed my health conditions and medications that would work best for me. We also decided on general anesthetic. I felt fully informed of the cost as well as the risks. The days leading up to the surgery, I was fairly anxious because I've never been under anesthesia and I'm not so young anymore. However, when I went into the room, I was immediately given some nitrous oxide and an IV to help sedate me. The hygienist was kind enough to find me a thick blanket to help calm me as well. This helped me relax immensely. I was not aware that I had surgery at all. One minute I was talking to the dental hygienist and the next minute, I was oversharing information with Dr. Tomsic (which she thankfully handled with grace and laughter) and she began to wrap things up. I was a bit confused because I was completely unaware that I fell asleep and was knocked out for an hour. I was convinced that only 5 minutes had passed. I was also not in any pain. I felt very comfortable after the surgery in the recovery room. Dr. Tomsic and two hygienists went over details with my husband and sent us home with instructions and prescriptions. Luckily, pain has been minimal so far. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is anxious or just looking for a safe, informed experience. I'm not sure how it could have been any better. Thank you Dr. Tomsic and the wonderful OMS staff! (Surgery was done at this location and consultation in Highland Heights so I will be posting reviews at both.)

I went there for a wisdom tooth removal very nice and friendly staff removed my tooth and felt nothing at all they made sure it was numb prior to pulling grate staff and professional! Even tho I was late because I went to the oral surgeon and found out they were up stairs not down they were still friendly on my arrival! Grate experience!

Dr. Tomsic and Staff are very welcoming and provide exceptional service. From the phone call to schedule, through the actually appointment, the availability, calling after hours, follow ups etc. has been literally the best experience. I could literally go on and on! The staff here has been very accommodating and truly some of the nicest people that I've encountered in a very long time. Which is essential, especially when you're in pain. I'm big on energy; I read it very well and I'm highly intuitive, and honest to goodness from the second I stepped into the facility I immediately felt such positive vibes, which made both my daughter and I very comfortable. They handled my daughter with great care. It was her first time ever getting an iv and being put to sleep, and due to the staff being so inviting and friendly she was able to remain calm the entire time. Dr. Tomsic extracted all 4 of her wisdom teeth literally the next after I called to schedule. And they staff followed up a few days afterwards. I truly couldn't be anymore pleased and I can't say thank you enough!
