Would not even give this place 1 star. Upon arrival, staff was incredibly rude. Because of that my daughter asked me to go back with her. When I went to go back with her the hygienist told me that she was "a teenager and could go back by herself." I apologized but said that she has asked me to go back with her. The hygienist then said, "after 6 years old they go back alone," and refused to let me go back with my child. Then said, "is there anything else you need?" I did have a school form to be filled out so I handed it to the hygienist and walked away. This is not the first time we've been treated so badly here, and I drive an hour to come to this location. We will consider switching if this behavior from the staff continues. There is no reason to be so rude and unprofessional.

Apparently I missed 2 apts for myself and they dismissed everyone of my children from the practice. I told them I would pay any fees to please allow my children to continue to see them and their dental health shouldn't fail bc of me missing my apts.. staff and dentists were not understanding at all . In my opinion they don't care about childrens dental health if they can't have some grace and forgive me for missing apts that I told them I would pay for .

They failed to updated any of my personal info and canceled my appointment without notifying me. When I showed up they still had info from10 yrs ago and I've updated it with multiple times including 1 moth ago. It took me calling forever to even get an answer on the phone. Worst Customer Service I've Experienced in my life. I don't recommend this Dentist office to anyone.

They failed to updated any of my personal info and canceled my appointment without notifying me. When I showed up they still had info from10 yrs ago and I've updated it with multiple times including 1 moth ago. It took me calling forever to even get an answer on the phone. Worst Customer Service I've Experienced in my life. I don't recommend this Dentist office to anyone.

I would give a 0 but it won't let me. Missed 3 appointments, 1 because they called and canceled my appointment due to snow the others is because I had 2 surgeries on my neck and I hurt to bad to drive. They sent me a nice letter telling me they had to refer me out of office because my missed app. I did call them but was not 24 hrs. who knew I was gonna be hurting that bad on that day. Thanks anyway I don't need rude dental care. My advice go elsewhere!!!!

I love this place! Amanda is the one I see and I love her! They are very caring and respectful to their patients. I've been going to this dentist for over 3 years now and I only have 2 complaints. 1. When you call to make an appointment, it takes forever for them to be able to get you in. 2. If you miss your first appointment, they will never see you again. Other than that, they are amazing!!!

Called because I had a filling fall out and needed it replaced. Was told they incorporated and needed new x rays and other things that would cost over 300 dollors. Been a patient of his since my kids where born. Was told they couldn't fill the tooth if I didn't pay the 390 For work I didn't need. All I need is a new filling and they said not if I didn't pay for the things I didn't need . got money hungry. Guess I'll have to find a dentist to do what I need and want and not what they want to line there pockets. What happened to customer service.

Very kinda and patient...talked me thru it..im very happy with the experience..will be going back..i would highly recommend going here..if you have dental anxiety. even if you had bad experiences in the past somewhere else..please go and give it a chance I did...it was hard for me to even make the appointment..but so glad I did..thanks Dr.Brunk. BIG HIGH FIVE

This place is a sorry excuse of a Dentist office. The staff and in specific Jance the office manager should be fired. Was in tears when I got off phone. Have never ever been treated so bad when calling to make an appointment.
