Odenton Family Dentistry sees patients of all ages. From infants to the elderly and everyone in between, your whole family is welcome at our office. And with our many different dental services, we can cater to everyones unique needs!
Were proud to provide dental care from a modern, inviting space. At our office, we use digital X-rays, which offer a range of benefits including how they emit less radiation than traditional X-rays and how they deliver detailed images quickly so we get started faster on creating effective treatment plans.
Dr. Thomas Lutz received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Afterward, he completed two years of post-graduate training at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Lutz is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He recently earned the Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry in recognition of his continued pursuit of excellence in dentistry. Dr. Lutz is known for his relaxed manner and gentle touch.

A wonderful experience from the first call to schedule until the end of my appointment! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming and did a wonderful job explaining all aspects of the exam and communicated following steps and measures very well. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back.

Dr. Thomas Lutz is a dream dentist and master of his craft! Highly recommended for those with anxiety or past trauma. He and the wonderful assistants Bridgett, Becca and Jessica are brilliant and kind professionals. Their office is very clean and easy to find as well.

My mother has never had a good experience at the dentist, until Dr. Lutz! She had an amazing experience with Dr. Lutz and his staff. They made her feel very comfortable and explained everything in advance. He is also our family dentist and we can't say enough positive things about him and his practice!

I am terrified of the dentist, but they made it so easy for me! I am pregnant, so places that take COVID precautions are important to me and the staff (ESPECIALLY BRIDGET) are incredible. They gave me a treatment plan and really felt calm throughout, which isn't the norm. I highly recommend Odenton Family Dentistry!

Great dentist office - efficient, clean, polite, helpful, and sensitive to a patient's concerns. Provided options and communicated what actions were being taken while listening to my opinions and dental health history. ...comfortable chairs and there's a tv on the ceiling!

Very positive experience. I don't have dental insurance and had some xrays a while back. Odenton Family Dentistry saw me and charged for an exam and cleaning . Other local dental offices kept trying to sell a package for over 500 dollars and would not perform any services without paying for new xrays, I also found the other local receptionist to be very short when you call and shop around. Odenton Family Dentisty staff was the exception and everyone I encountered was courteous and professional.
