I have had several amazing experiences at Ocotillo Trails Family Dentistry and everyone from the front desk ladies to Dr. Roper are top-notch. Everyone is super friendly, my hygienist was great and helped explain my treatment plan, and Dr. Roper is a very personable guy who is very easy to like and trust. I have had a strong hesitations about going to the dentist for a long time as i always feel like i leave with a hurt mouth and wallet. The group at Ocotillo Trails helped eliminate that hesitation through being extremely welcoming, nice, and getting the job done without making me dread my next appointment. I would highly recommend this Dentist office to anyone in the area who is in need of a new dentist.

Dr. Roper at Ocotillo Trails Family dentistry is awesome. I had come in for my cleaning, which I was like 2 years behind no judgment from any of the staff. Dr. Roper came over to check up on me and I mentioned that I had one of my fillings that felt like it was getting food stuck in the tooth. He noticed that most of the filling had come out. He could have just told me to make a follow up appointment to get it taken care of but he didn't. He said "I can't have you leave like that, I am going to take care of this right now". And then be did! I was due for 2 crowns on my front teeth. This was something I have put off for a long time. They got me in for an appointment the following week because my insurance was ending and I needed to get it done before that. I was super emotional about it. He didn't make me feel bad for being emotional. He and the staff said that is common for the front teeth. I went in and they got everything ready and did the impressions and Dr. roper numbed my mouth up and I hardly felt the needle. He prepared my teeth and I left with a temporary crowns. One evening I felt I chipped the filling and wasn't sure if it was stable. I was leaving for the weekend and they are not open on for days. I called Dr. roper on the emergency line and explained the situation and said I wasn't sure if this qualified as an emergency. He was super nice and said that he would get someone in to help me first thing in the morning before I had to leave. Lisa came in to help me and she was a rockstar. She was also super kind and didn't make me feel bad for calling her in on her day off. Through this process they have made sure I am happy with everything. They had me go do a color match at the lab so I could my crowns the exact color I wanted. They have not pushed or pressured me to get the process done until I am happy with the crowns color and shape. They said they want me to be happy with the outcome. I am almost done with this process but wanted to leave a review. If you are looking for a dentist, this is your guy!! Friendly doctor and friendly staff!

I took my son here today for the first time and it was such an easy, relaxing and great experience! Everyone in that building was so friendly and welcoming! I am so glad I found this place and would recommend it to anyone!

Great place!! Call the 1800 number and Ms. Marie ( Office Manager ) called back on a Sunday!! When I explain to her the pain my wife was in she immediately got us set for appointment the next day early. The staff on a whole was VERY PROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY NICE!!! My wife was in A LOT of pain once we came in and MARIE made my wife VERY COMFORTABLE!! She knew who I was when I walked in. She and the staff wasted no time on getting my wife to the back. My family and I will be back!! .

Dr. Roper is an excellent dentist and he has an excellent staff assembled at Ocotillo Trails Family Dentistry. They are all so kind and do a great job making you feel welcomed. Dr. Roper does quality work and is always looking out for your best interest. I am so confident in his work that I go to him instead of my brother.

Dr. Roper is an excellent dentist and he has an excellent staff assembled at Ocotillo Trails Family Dentistry. They are all so kind and do a great job making you feel welcomed. Dr. Roper does quality work and is always looking out for your best interest. I am so confident in his work that I go to him instead of my brother.

We love Ocotillo Trails Family Dentistry! Dr. Roper is so down to earth and kind and always smiling. Diane was absolutely fabulous, she made the visit so comfortable and explained every detail. Marie is always a joy and always willing to help. Thank you for making our Dental visits great! 5 stars

Ocotillo Trails Gamily Dentistry continues to do a fantastic job with the treatment of my teeth and gums each time I visit. Only the friendliest staff can be found here and they tell you what needs to be done and works diligently. 10/10 will continue to visit again.

Absolutely love our new dentist! Recently moved and needed to find a new family dentist. Checked reviews and decided to give Ocotillo Trails Family Dentistry a try based on reviews, glad to say that we were not disappointed! The aroma when you open the door is very inviting and the staff greeted us with a warm welcome which continued through our visit. Everyone my husband and I encountered, including the Dr., were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Can't say I'm excited to go to the dentist, but I am looking forward to seeing all of them again on my next visit.
