Dr. Hammes was born and raised in South Carolina. She is a 1990 graduate of Columbia College. Dr. Hammes received her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1994. She also completed an AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency program in St. Petersburg, Florida. She received her residency diploma from the University of Florida in 1995. After practicing in Westminster, South Carolina for a number of years, Dr. Hammes began associating with Oconee Dental Associates in 2008. She has a remarkable attribute for always putting her patients at ease regardless of the ongoing clinical procedures. Dr. Hammes, her husband Steven-also a dentist-and two sons reside in Anderson, South Carolina.
Dr. Sino was born and raised in Bangor, Maine. She then lived in New York City for eight years. During her time there she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from NYU. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry in 2015. Her continuing education includes 150+ hours focused on implantology. She received an implant fellowship certificate in 2018 issued jointly by NYU and DentalXP.
Dr. Sino joined the Oconee Dental Associates family in 2019. She loves to interact with patients of every age and from all walks of life. She is passionate about dentistry and about helping to give everyone a smile they can be proud of. She enjoys baking, traveling, music and spending time with her family. She lives in Greenville with her husband and three busy children.
Brittany has been married to her husband Sean for 9 years, and has two children, Canaan and Scarlett Claire, and a fur child, Delta. In her time away from the office she enjoys spending time with her family and adventuring.
Terri has been a registered dental hygienist for 37 years. She joined this practice in 1991 when she moved to the Upstate from Florida. She enjoys getting to know her patients and their families. She aspires to provide her patients with excellent dental treatment as she educates them on ways to maintain and improve good oral health.
Terri and her husband have two grown children and two grandchildren of whom she is very proud. She loves the Upstate of South Carolina and enjoys visiting the waterfalls, boating, traveling, and most of all spending time with family.
Vonda Kay Davis has been a dental assistant for 13 years, but she joined Oconee Dental Associates in 2007. She grew up in Clemson and still resides there today. Vonda has a daughter, Amethyst, who is an actress in Atlanta, Georgia. Vonda also has a cat named Gracie. For fun, she loves to listen to live bands, watch comedy shows, and spend her Thursdays at Jazz On The Alley.
Christy graduated dental hygiene school from Greenville Technical College in May of 1999. She started with Oconee Dental Associates in July of 2000. Christy grew up in Powdersville and still lives there today. She resides at her home with her two fur babies Tinky and Cricket. In her free time she enjoys camping, fishing, biking, hiking, kayaking, and listening to her musically talented friends perform. Most recently, she has taken an interest in deer hunting.
