dentist was attacking my good teeth so I would keep having dental problems. Undercutting my good teeth to cause problematic pain. And damage. P. S. I was so happy when I went in to fix my last tooth. Then all of a sudden my front tooth broke off so I had new work to do. I had to go get it fixed at another dentist. He was going to leave a hole in my mouth. Root canal style.

Worst dental experience ever. No communication from the doctor at all. Scheduled an appointment with him because my wisdom tooth broke and the entire right side of my mouth had me in so much pain. He extracted that tooth, gave me 2 prescriptions and sent me on my way. A week later, still in pain and since my dentist didn't communicate with me AT ALL, I have no idea why I'm still in so much pain.

Dr. Barrows has been mine & my husband's dentist for about 5 years now & we would not go anywhere else! You are treated with professionalism & friendliness from the whole team, from the front staff to the assistants & hygienists. Dr. Barrows is very attentive & informative in regards to discussing your treatment with you & answers any questions that you might have. This practice truly provides professional, yet personable care. I could not recommend a better practice!

This is a very easy rating. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff were all friendly and the wait time was very minimal. Could not be more satisfied with professionalism displayed by Dr. Barrows and his staff. The work done was impeccable. Highly recommend.

You will not find a more personable, attentive staff ANYWHERE!!!! Dr. Barrows and staff have gone above and beyond to help me and my family with any appointments, questions, and dental needs we have. I 100% recommend Oconee Dental!!!!

If I could give this dental practice no stars I would. Strike 1, My grandmother came here for dental surgery, where they broke a bone in her mouth then had to redo the surgery. Strike 2, She has been waiting on dentures since June of 2021, it is now almost the end of January 2022. Strike 3, She has went through every holiday and not able to enjoy family festivities because of the incompetence of this establishment. The inconvenience that they have caused her is definitely unacceptable. This is definitely considered elder abuse and I am willing to go to Channel 2 action news, also send a complaint to the BBB. I know if this were their own family they wouldn't deal with this matter so negligently.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. If you want quality dental work and professionalism please go elsewhere. My grandmother has been waiting almost six months for her dentures! They messed up the first set and had to redo them, now they keep giving her the run around. They don't care about their customers at all! Will be reporting this company to the national dental association and the BBB. The lack of respect and professionalism they have shown my grandmother is disgusting and appalling.

A persons' time is very valuable and when that time is wasted it's bad business. Appt. for 5/17/21 at 8:30am (which is a Monday:important note for later)made back in Nov.2020 for their Dublin office. Received text on 5/15/21 confirming that my appt. would still be on 5/17/21 8:30 am. It's now 5/17/21. I arrive at 8:15 to my surprise there's no one there.I call and they tell me they are no longer open on Mondays. Well thanks for waiting all this time to tell me!!!! No other text, calls or voicemails from them through all those months.Very poor communication!!!!

My kids have been patients at the Dublin location for a few years now. However, I was never satisfied with the level of service. I always felt as if Barrow was a bit judgmental and was never genuinely concerned about working with me to improve the condition of my kids teeth. My youngest daughter's teeth were initially in very bad condition when she became a patient. She was several visits in and I didn't even receive consultations just on how to improve the condition of her teeth from Dr. Barrow, which was very disturbing. My teeth are not in the best condition. That's why I'm choosing better for my kids. I never felt comfortable enough to schedule an appointment for myself for fear of being judged by Dr. Barrow. However, I continued to schedule cleaning visits for my kids. After several visits, my experience has not improved. Therefore, I have made the decision to move forward to another dentist for myself and my kids. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this dentist.

I absolutely love them!!! I am a photographer and I felt embarrassed asking people to smile for me when I couldn't even smile myself (because I hated my teeth) now when I say smile, I can smile with them! Thank you so much for taking your time and assisting me with my every need!

Worst dental practice ever! Went a few years ago. Dr. Barrow initially told me that he could do a procedure that he could not. I had to end going to a specialist during treatment with him. His assistant initially wrote down a price of $1200 for the total procedure (she told me to only ask for that credit limit when applying for Care Credit). It ended up costing me almost $3,000.00 (not including the $900 for seeing the specialist) and then one of my two crowns continued to fall out!! I ended up losing that teeth and having to spend lots more money elsewhere to fix Dr. Barrow's bad job. I asked for half of my money back due to his poor job and of course received excuses! I remember one of the staff standing there talking about me with another staff as if I were not there. Save yourself a headache and your teeth by going elsewhere.

Worst experience ever, they worked me and never once asked me once was I allergic to anything and was going to pull my tooth. And they had my chart mixed up with someone else. And the dinner assistant clean my teeth I kept telling her she was hurting me she did not even acknowledge that I was saying anything and she kept right on, it was the worst experience ever I will never return to this dental office.

Was in unbearable pain with a toothache left their office pain free.... the Dr where I normally would go was on vacation and no openings for several local offices I called... they got me in early and had in me in the back within minutes...I couldnt even think straight filling out forms in the dentist chair I was in so much pain.... the digital xray immediatly up on the flat screen in front of me was extemely impressive... the staff is friendly and exceptional at making you feel welcome and taken care of....I have had wisdom teeth removed and knew my teeth do not come out easy.... and yet I am in no pain today....barely even sore....they got me in without an appointment the same day and made me feel welcome even though I am not a regular patient and with great care removed the bad tooth and pain...a heartfelt THANK YOU to the Dr and staff....
