Dr. Susan Wynne is a native of East Tennessee. She graduated from Ooltewah High School. She continued her education at Brevard College near Asheville, NC where she graduated with honors wtih a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Science Studies. Dr. Wynne then pursued her passion for dentistry by completing an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Chattanooga State Technical Community College.
Dr. Wynne graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. While in dental school she volunteered her time weekly with Interfaith Dental Clinic, a non-profit dental clinic in Nashville. She also has volunteered monthly since 2007 as a dental professional with Remote Area Medical, a mobile non-profit organization that takes dental care to rural areas in Tennessee.
Dr. Wynne underwent extensive orthodontics, implants, and oral surgery as a young girl, which developed her passion for dentistry and there began a great desire to help others as they once helped her. She is able to relate and empathize with her patients better than if she had not gone through such extensive treatment herself.

Excellent First Class Practice! Minimal less than 3 minute wait for appointment. The cleaning was very comprehensive. Details of x rays were explained. The hygienist had a wonderful disposition and the cleaning was thoroughly conducted with attention below the gum line. Absolutely pain free. Dentist also very thorough. They took their time with this exam & didn't rush me out of the chair. I have many hours in a dental chair. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Simply Outstanding! Everyone on staff was truly exceptional. I had to travel 50 miles round trip to see these wonderful folks and it was totally worth it. Doctor Wynne demands excellence and it shows. The staff and their processes are very organized and comprehensive. I could not be happier with my new dentist and her entire team. Wonderful experience. Worst and most unprofessional treatment ever in my life. Staff made me sit around for 40 minutes because all 4 of the front office ladies were on lunch break. Why make appointment when you are on break...all 4 of them?

Honestly, the best dentist I have ever went to. I have not one negative thing to say. She and her staff are WONDERFUL! Very professional and friendly. I recommend Ocoee Dentistry to everyone I can!

The biggest things I look for in a health care office is expertise and empathy. Sometimes you can find an office that has one or the other but on the rare occasion you can find an office with both. Dr. Wynne is an exceptional dentist. She has a deep concern for her patients and is very skilled in the latest techniques. We're fortunate to have a dentist in the area like Dr. Wynne and I would highly recommend her.

Very unprofessional people running her office. I had two teeth pulled on Thursday and on Saturday the pain became over bearing and a knot came up on my gum. I began running a fever at that point. I called the emergency line on Sunday morning and Victoria told me to be there at 8am on Monday and it would be taken care of. I arrived at 7:50 that morning. When I walked in the receptionist asked why I was there. I explained the situation. She looked at me very oddly and moved her head around and said, "well I guess you are lucky your head is not swollen very much". At that point many of the other patients starting coming in and as soon as they came in they were taken immediately back. I waited for over 45 minutes and still nothing. When I went up to talk to the office personnel again I asked how much longer it would be. Her response, "Well I guess I can get up and go ask". With that attitude I told her to settle my bill and I would find another dentist who wanted to take my money. I left the office and an hour later the knot ruptured and puss ran into my mouth for over 20 minutes. This could have been avoided if I was taken back like I was promised on Sunday. The pain and suffering was bad enough without the added insult of the attitudes of the office personal and Victoria the assistant. Dr. Susan is a good dentist but she needs to clean house and find her some office personnel that are professional.
