I had my first visit with Oceanside Smiles today. I was referred to them by Medi-Cal due to some issues I was having with my old dentist office. The doctor at Oceanside Smiles as well as all of the staff were very kind, understanding and patient with a delicate medical condition that I have. Being understood and respected as a human, no matter what condition you have, is not something that I am familiar with (Even in medical settings, where they should know better!) - it was more than appreciated to be treated with dignity and respect by everyone at Oceanside Smiles. I am grateful to them all because it is resoundingly difficult for me to be in certain medical situations, and they understood that and acted/reacted appropriately. I also found out that I did not need all of the invasive and expensive treatments that my last dentist tried to get me to do. The doctor here was straightforward and didn't try to do any unnecessary procedures or try to upsell me on any fad gimmicks, like my last dentist did. The treatment I received was fast, professional, empathetic, honest and to the point. I will return. Thank you.

Such an amazing staff, so polite and very pleasant. The dentist is very thorough, I had been to my dentist 2 different times for something going on with a tooth and X-rays both times and they couldn't find the problem and Dr Hoang was able to easily see the problem!
