I hope patricia,aka patty! She is the so called office manager! Horrible person! Huge Lier! I believe in Karma!! And some day will hit her hard!!! Very dishonest person!!!!

I just got off the phone with a woman named Susan. She was harsh and told me that my worker's comp wasn't need to be because Shane found my Injury not worthy enough. I was calm, thanked her for her opinion and explained to her what happened at work. Still she yelled at me, cutting me off and told that wasn't workers comp. I told her i had a report and I had the letter and she could run it in the system . She refused and kept yelling. Maybe she had bad day. I asked her for her name she only gave a first. I asked for last. She said it didn't matter. We got into a heated argument and I urge anyone to never go there if she is there! The doctors should think about who answers the phone and represents them. What she doesn't know this I'm a food network tv chef and word carry's fast. I have a broken tooth and in pain.

If I could, I would put 10 stars rating. I'm one of "those" who has never been that excited about dental work. This is one FANTASTIC place! The work I had done (just finished) just incredible, and comes from the entire group with "The Friendliest" atmosphere. ALL people at Oceanside, friendly, friendly, and if you're nervous (like me) you will leave never having that nervous feeling again.

If I could, I would put 10 stars rating. I'm one of "those" who has never been that excited about dental work. This is one FANTASTIC place! The work I had done (just finished) just incredible, and comes from the entire group with "The Friendliest" atmosphere. ALL people at Oceanside, friendly, friendly, and if you're nervous (like me) you will leave never having that nervous feeling again.

My family and I have had Dr. Durudogan as our dentist for over 30 years and we have found the care and service by Dr. D and his staff to be excellent. They have been so nice. Rescheduling when necessary, calling me if there is a cancellation so I can be seen sooner than my appointment, always a big smile and hello when I arrive.

My aunt had a 3 hour appointment, so I had the opportunity to observe from the waiting room. The staff is extremely polite and friendly on the phone and in person, I saw at least 5 other patients come in and all were very friendly to staff and happy when they left. I don't understand the person who claimed the staff were rude. They greeted all the patients by name.
