Really bad customer service on the phone. The girl gave me the run around and didn't seem like she had any clue what she was talking about. First she said she didn't take my insurance and then when I asked what they do take (I have two insurances for dental) she told me they aren't taking any more patients.

Wonderful and friendly staff. The technicians and hygienists make a point to explain everything from start to finish to ensure patients feel comfortable. The entire practice is clearly a positive reflection of Dr. Hachee's leadership.

I started going to Oceanside Family Dental Care in 2021. Dr. Hachee and his entire staff are extremely professional and friendly. Getting dental work is pleasant and good quality. I've had two crowns and regular hygiene check ups.

They are all great people and show real enthusiasm and care. They also tell you what they're doing every step of the way which personally helps ease some nervousness or anxiety.

Leaving another review because I appreciate these guys so much. Everyone here is so kind and understanding. Rob always puts a huge smile on my face and makes me laugh. Dr. Hachee communicated very well and always puts my comfort first. They do a great job, quickly and kindly. They've significantly helped with my anxiety and for that reason, I won't go anywhere else.

It was my first time being an "adult" calling on my own they were super helpful and had the time to answer all my questions! I have very bad anxiety and as soon as I got there they helped me remain calm with very welcoming small talk that truly helped me make it through my appointment ! I'm very thankful I found them would definitely recommend them to anyone !

I have never felt so respected in a dental office than I did yesterday. I have TMJ disorder which generally makes dental appointment unpleasant, as my jaw will usually pop out of place. Every office I have been to previously has asked me to show them and pop it out of place for general cleanings. The staff and doctor here were extremely accommodating and never had me pop it out of place. In addition to the accommodations they gave me with my jaw disorder, absolutely everyone I interacted with was very kind. All in all it was the best dental experience I've ever had and makes me a little sad that I won't be able to continue at this practice because of an upcoming move.

Dr. Hachee and his whole staff provide top service. They are very attentive, communicative and very pleasant to deal with. I moved to the Oceanside area about 8 months ago and was hoping to establish care with a dentist. Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience with another local dentist so I continued to search until I found Dr. Hachee who has gone above and beyond for me and my family.

My wife and I have been coming to this office for several years now and it is great! Staff and Dr. are very personable and great to talk to. All the work we have had done has been great! I hate (HATE) needle but Dr. Hachee is very good with it all and somehow makes the experience painless and as "tolerable" as possible. We highly recommend this office!

I've been coming here for a few years. And I've never had any major problems, but recently the scheduling seems to be a big issue. They're always booked out weeks, or certain people aren't in certain days so I can't svelte certain procedures. They're not open Fridays, or weekends.. and for me and I'm sure for others would be a plus. But this last visit they called and were running behind, they called me back 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment..and in doing so, I couldnt stay long enough to get my cleaning, and now have to reschedule for that part of my appointment with the limited schedule offered.

Great first time visiting experience! The staff were incredible and explained lots of the information etc. will be coming back. Definitely recommend!
