I can't begin to tell you how amazing these doctors were! I had an emergency right before going on vacation with a abcessed tooth and needed a root canal. They fit me in and they did such an amazing job. They settled my nerves, were so gentle and most importantly, made all that pain fade away. I would recommend them to anyone!

Receptionist will not book you unless you have the tooth number. Way to go you lost me as a patient due to lack of empathy!!!

I was referred here by our pediatric dentist. Kaitlyn, the X-ray tech, was a delightful person and my only positive experience there. However From calling to set up our appointment to the consultation it was an unpleasant experience. I knew about the answering service from the previous reviews but I gave this place the benefit of the doubt hoping the providers would live up to the referral recommendation I received. After meeting with Dr. Reynolds's I decided that it's worth looking for another doctor. She was sarcastic, impatient and rude when I asked questions. She treated me as incompetent and wasn't the most gentle with my son either. As a pediatric nurse, I know to expect more from medical professionals especially when your children are in their care.

I took my terrified 13 year old daughter to have a root canal. She was shaking in the chair with tears flowing down her cheeks. The Dr and staff were so comforting and assured her that she wouldn't feel a thing. As we were leaving my daughter said "that was the best dentist experience ever!". I highly recommend!!!

Maura B Reynolds is AMAZING!!! Definitely going back to her to treat my other root canals. She is so gentle and passionate with her work. I went there because of a root canal treatment done wrong from another place and she helped me from the start! I was in so much pain and she didn't hesitate to help me. Im so glad I came here!

I was referred to Ocean State Endodontics by my primary dentist and was very impressed with the root canal services performed by Dr. Brian Gaudette and Dana. Their professional skills and knowledge as well as explaining all aspects of what they were doing throughout my entire procedure was excellent along with their kind caring personalities during my visit. They worked hard on my complicated tooth and the results are perfect. Just as important, the office staff was extremely professional and kind and handled my appointment scheduling and paperwork nicely. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Gaudette and Dana to anyone needing professional endodontists services.

Dr Renoylds, the endodontist, and the dental assistant were terrific!! The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They were RUDE, very rude. After the exam the billing person tried to extract $100 from. I said that I have Medicare and the exam is covered. She just kept insisting that I owed $100. I have called Medicare/United Health, my insurance carrier and filed a formal complaint. The woman that I spoke to assured me that the exam was indeed covered. Be careful if this office.

To work as a front desk receptionist you have to be polite, and try to help the patient as much as you can and the girl I spoke to was so rude. I was trying to get a patient in for an emergency and she was so careless and insensitive after I told her patient was in extreme pain. I don't understand why she is still working there but now I can see a lot of people have complained about the front desk as well.

I was terrified to get a root canal but my experience here was fantastic. From the initial call to schedule my appointment to the actual procedure. Dr.Gaudette and his assistant Kim were amazing, they knew I was extremely nervous and were very calming/comforting and talked me through the whole process, which was painless and fast. I would absolutely recommend Ocean State Endodontics.

Staff was exceptionally friendly! Dr. Gaudette took a lot of time with me to explain what was going on and what he was going to do. I appreciate his kind bedside manner. He also had awesome music playing in the office.

Horrible. Office staff was just apathetic and rude. Dr Reynolds was even worse. I'm in agony and the advise was to "take Advil in large doses". Was supposed to get a root canal and was told "your pain is all over the place, so we can't do a root canal", even though my dentist already figured out which tooth the pain was coming from. Could not advise you to stay away more.

The staff member I dealt with during my initial call to make an appointment was disinterested, abrasive, she kept sighing throughout the call and would often say in a rude manner, "I already told you". I quickly changed my mind on making an appointment with Ocean State Endodontics and will go elsewhere... even if I have to pay out of pocket. Stay clear of this place. If an initial call is this bad, I wouldn't want to know what the entire process is like.

This is a terrible practice. I was booked for a consultation with "Dr." Morganti who spoke to me for honestly less than twenty seconds before sending in his secretary with a note and refused to answer any of my follow up questions. This felt like racial discrimination. I am considering following up with the justice department.

I recommend this practice. Dr. Gaudette judiciously recommended I not yet get a root canal, despite the recommendation of my dentist. As well, he corrected work on a temporary crown which my other dentist implemented -- I did not expect him to correct my dentist's work, but I'm glad he did. The dental assistant was also professional and they operated with professionalism and finesse. It was an overall excellent experience, and I'm pleased Dr. Gaudette had the integrity to tell me to wait and see, rather than move ahead with the root canal.

I have been putting off this root canal for over a year in severe pain every few months and finally I decided to do it and I'm so happy I got referred here. Dr. Reynolds was so sweet, the nicest dental professional I have ever met. She was so comforting like a mother I didn't even flinch the whole time. She made sure I was in zero pain, it was NOT bad at all, I have had fillings worse then this. Her assistant was so thorough in explaining the whole process and making sure I knew what was going on, she explained the after care process great to, she was also so sweet and comforting. Thank you! I didn't want to give one less of a star because of one person but there was a girl up front who wasn't very inviting, she also didn't have a mask on as if she was entitled to not wear one which I did not appreciate since I have an infant at home, but oh well. I don't think it's fair patients must wear masks and walk up to someone who obviously doesn't care.
