Dr. Joanne Gabot-Heyman grew up in the Los Angeles area. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and a minor in Education. Dr. Gabot received her DDS degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 2007. She continued her education and moved to Maui, Hawaii to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency for the Lutheran Medical Center.
For several years in Maui, Dr. Gabot was the clinical director and attending faculty at the Maui Oral Health Center. She was part of the Mobile Dental Van and treated patients without insurance. At the University of Hawaii, Maui College, Dr. Gabot lectured for Oral Biology I & II, Dental Materials and Introduction to Chairside Assisting courses.

I'm so glad I came to see Dr. Gabot for my dental emergency. She was kind and gentle. The treatment was also conservative. Highly recommended. I also felt very safe with their COVID-19 procedures for safety.

Every staff member is courteous eager to help and personable. Dr. Gabot is the most gentle and caring dentist I've been to, and I'm not a young man! so I've been to several. Everyone here does whatever it takes to care for a patient in pain as quickly as possible, outstanding service, thank you!

Dr. Gabot and her staff are incredibly talented. Getting dental work is not often a pleasant task, however, they are very experienced and welcoming! I have been coming to this office for many years now, along with a majority of her clients, and have not a single complaint. The office is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. My sister was recently told by her dentist that she had quite a lot of dental work which needed to be done but after Dr. Gabot assessed her, we found out she really only needed half of the work! Dr. Gabot is trustworthy and kind and I absolutely recommend coming to her practice.
