I have no complaints about the doctors but the front desk's lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable by any standards. The manager Maria displays extreme arrogance despite being surprisingly uninformed. Moreover she is rude and doesn't allow the patient to talk. Finally she is lazy - she leaves work incomplete and does not follow up as she promises. Bottomline: the front desk is the main point of communication and Maria and the rest of the front desk staff are running this business into the ground. The doctors and the patients here deserve better.

I've called to set up or revise an appointment, there's no answer. Phone goes to voicemail. called from noon on Friday and again on Monday from 9am so it's definitely not a lunch break thing

The worst service I have ever experienced this is why I hate the dentist I came for a filling and was told I needed $3k dollars worth of stuff and they wnt do the filling because I need a root canal and a crown the staff was very rude including the doctor the girl taking X-rays was nice and she understood. Never again I'm changing dentist for my insurance. Unless you have money to blow do not recommend

They get you to do things you don't want i get two free cleanings a year never got them the many years i went there they made excuses why. And i needed a root canal they talked me into a one that my insurance would not except said this is better i spent way to much what the insurance excepts is just fine don't go there they will get you to spend your money on stuff you don't need.

Back custumer service they re use equipment that where in other people's mouth I would not go there again place had roaches running around

Dr Ozder saved my thoot even though my previous dentist said needs to be pulled. Office is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I am very happy that finally I found a great dentist I can trust. THANKS for all your hard work and time.

Dr Ozder saved my thoot even though my previous dentist said needs to be pulled. Office is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I am very happy that finally I found a great dentist I can trust. THANKS for all your hard work and time.

I've been to this office several times. The entire staff was pleasant but I'm especially pleased with the care I received from Ashley during my cleanings. She was gentle and kept me informed on what she was doing. She also spent extra time to provide tips on taking care of my teeth. My teeth have never looked so good. Thank you!

They lied to me saying my insurance doesnt cover procedures it does putting me on a treatment plan that was worse for my teeth and would cost me the most in the long run. They are just money hungry and dont care about their patients. Their equipment is dated, the xrays are even film. I work in xray so to me that screams 1980s tech. The dentists seem nice enough but they dont communicate your options well and they juggle 3 patients at a time. They let their staff give you bogus advice about what treatments you need and what it will cost. I left there with my mouth in much worse shape and a scam of a quote to make it better. Dont ever go to them or their affiliated offices. My husband and I have several awful stories of what we've gone through with them.

Came in to smile care as a first time patient and felt completely at home. The office manager Maria and her staff made me feel like myself and comfortable. They handled my visit like professionals and I'll definitely be going back again for many visits to come.

I went in as a new patient and was very pleased with the services, the staff was very friendly and helpful with explaining my treatment. Will definitely recommend!
