I am so grateful for Ocean Dental Group, they helped me do a retreat for an infected root canal and they were so attentive, caring, and took their time to make sure that I received the proper care and treatment! I had waited nearly a year to find anyone who would take on the task of doing a retreat with my insurance, so I can't thank them enough for taking me in and helping me finally feel better and get relief! 1000% would recommend Ocean Dental Group to anyone looking for professional and thorough care!

A few years ago I had left a good review for this Ocean Dental Group Chino office (although I was overly generous since a stand in traveling dentist on their roster performed a grinding procedure on a broken molar that upon my next visit, my regular dentist identified as incorrect, which wound up costing me an extra $500 on top of the rest of the work they needed to do), but staff changed after the height of the pandemic. My dentist was no longer there but gave the new dentist a shot. Let's just say patience and bedside manners are not one of the new dentists virtues. Also, I wasn't crazy about some staff as some seem kind of frustrated and that comes out in how they deal with you. I wound up being disappointed enough not to want go back. Listen to what people say on reviews. Even though others may have the great experiences, the negative experiences should also be considered when making a decision. The hard thing is when your insurance isn't the greatest, experimenting with unknown dentists can wind up hitting you pretty hard in the wallet in exchange for a bad experience/service.

I have had extensive dental work right before the end of the year. I needed to have several crowns made. Which meant I needed to have some temporaries. Most of my temporaries work just fine. But I had one that just would not stay in place. After being in the office 4 days straight, Yolanda at the front desk went above and beyond and spoke to Lisa. Lisa is of the best dental assistants I know. They agreed to bring me in on a Friday and remake the temporary to get me through until my perminent to get there. These 2 ladies are just amazing! I can't wait for my new Crown to come in and start 2021 off with a perfect set of chompers!

This is a review for Lisa A. I have been a customer at this dental office for a minimum of 15 years (& through a few name changes). Lisa has been there through it all also. First and foremost she is a true professional, always conducting herself as such. She is always very pleasant. I have seen her interactions with many patients through the years & have never seen her behave in a negative fashion. Never upset, rude or impatient. Always polite & smiling. Lisa also takes the time to explain exactly what the patient should expect & how both she & the dentist will proceed. She is extremely knowledgeable in regard to her profession & I can tell she also takes great pride in her work & work ethic. It is such a pleasure whenever I have a dental appointment and I always look forward to seeing Lisa's smiling face, always acknowledging me and saying hello. In my eyes she is a definite asset to your office. So much so that I felt this review was long overdue. It has certainly been a pleasure taking a few minutes to rate this (excellent) employee.
