Unprofessional, rude, no respect, lazy, wasted my time waiting months and months for an appt for them to tell me, the dentist couldn't do a molar root canal, after they had told me he could do them, and that's what he specializes in. They last minute shifted the blame on another dentist that couldn't do this type of root canal. Their solution was to refer me back to the dentist that referred me to them. Don't waste your time there!

First review im ever doing and i just got to say im not happy with my experience. They have one "doctor" going around working on about 6 people at the same time. I was referred here because my root canal was too close to nerves so i assumed they where "specialists" the guy loaded me with the lidocaine needle but it was as if it only hit said nerve that was by my tooth. My entire left face was numb instead. He said "this is the only pain" but other dentist always apply numbing cream on injection site. Not here; as the 1 dr is in a rush with 6 other people w. There mouths open. He didn't hit the right spots at all as i felt pain with the drilling and pulp removal but i didn't say anything as it wasn't unbearable but i wanted to get it over with. Im grown so i have pain tolerance but i feel bad for the youngings having work done here. The actual treatment sites are musty and all in one spot. As someone else said "this is the fast food of dentistry" and i can confirm

Absolutely horrible! The ladies at the front desk are very warm and professional. So was the young man that assisted with my procedure. The rest of the office including the dentist lack professionalism, expertise, and basic bed side manners. To start there is zero patient confidentiality or respect for HIPPA rights. They were playing offensive music, having side conversations, telling insensitive jokes, and using profanity. The dentist who specializes in root canals drilled a huge hole in my tooth and 10 mins into the procedure stopped and said he couldn't finish. Now I'm stuck with an exposed nerve and toothache from hell. My gut was telling me to walk out and I should've listened. I'm going to Los Angeles to have my tooth fixed. Stay away from this place.

This place needs to be reported for negligence. The Dr here will tell out and treat you disrespectfully

Got my root canal here, the main dentist guy gets 1 star but the front desk is friendly and the assistants are polite I would give them 5 stars but the actual main dentist that did my root canal(Dr. Cameroni) Not sure how to spell his name, but he would get 1 star. He was unprofessional and when I felt pain I lifted my left hand and kind of moved as I was startled by the pain & he yelled at me and said "I DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL YOU DO NOT MOVE LIKE THAT AGAIN." Then they gave me 2 more shots of anesthetic and finally I was fine. This guy needs communication skills and needs to learn not to freak out with patients, very Unprofessional. I've never had problems with dentists in the past, I had braces for 7 years & even got all my wisdom teeth out, never had problems with any dentist til This One, literally the WORST experience I have ever had in my life!!

This place is really bad my husband went recently and was getting a filling and the doctor injected my husband the wrong teeth that wasnt it ..... Doesnt even look at the Xrays to check what tooth it was bad place to go ....

Put a crown on crooked then put a new one on and cracked the one next to it and didn't say anything, then my Partial didn't fit said don't worry we are gonna do new ones, did a crown on the top then my top partial didn't fit there eather, then told me my new Partials you can't chew with these i got up and walked out.... i had good ones when i went in... haven't had any in two years now my teeth are trashed because of this place

Weird mildew smell when you walk inside, you can tell some employees don't like working there.. dentist I saw was not genuine and seemed like the fast food of dentistry. There is a big difference I noticed between dentist who own their own office and dentist who work for someone else. You will always get better quality dealing with the owner instead of a worker.. overall this place is pretty sad not a place you'd want to spend any of your time at ..
