Practicing since 2003, Bibek Nakarmi, BDS, DDS, MBA, FICOI, is a trusted general dentist who specializes in cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery. He warmly welcomes patients and their families to Ocala Dental Harmony, located in Ocala, Florida.
Dr. Nakarmi graduated with his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Bangladesh. He then went through comprehensive postgraduate training in oral and maxillofacial surgery before opening up his own private practice in Nepal.
To further his expertise, Dr. Nakarmi went on to complete his Master of Business Administration from one of the most prestigious universities in India. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Nakarmi relocated to the United States. He went through additional educational training and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the renowned Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in Richmond.
Dedicated to ensuring that his patients receive the most up-to-date dental care, Dr. Nakarmi continues his education regularly and has advanced training in orthodontics, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and smile design. He was the recipient of the Most Continuing Education Hours Award by the Florida Academy of General Dentistry in Gainesville.
Dr. Nakarmi is one of the few elite dentists in the world who specializes in the Chao Pinhole Surgical Technique for gum rejuvenation. He even maintains active memberships with several dental organizations, both nationally and internationally. Dr. Nakarmi is a current fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

One star was gift on all levels. A very bad experience, enough said. So I learned today that my dental provider put all the money paid to Ocala Dental Harmony back in my account, nearly 2000.00. That indicates my rating was justified.

Great Doctor and staff. Very thorough in service and billing. No surprises. They recommend what needs to be done but does not push you into a commitment. They are a full service facility. You don't have to go to multiple Doctors. You can get most everything done right there in their office

Super mismanaged. Sat in waiting room for over a half hour because they were "cleaning" my room when it was 8:30 am and didn't sit down until 9:05. Then I was in my car by 9:20 and I had a cleaning. Didn't even floss every tooth in the cleaning and immediately tried selling me on fillings.

After decades of fear of the dentist, and years of excruciating tooth pain, I finally went to Ocala Dental Harmony. Best decision I've ever made, the team made me feel completely comfortable and I can finally smile without shame. All of my original teeth pulled in one day, almost zero pain. Full implants coming soon, and I couldn't be more excited. Huge thanks to Dr Nakarmi, Fatima, and Sam for being so kind and reassuring me through the process. I wish I could remember everybody's name, as they all deserve recognition. I highly recommend this dentist to anybody, whether for a simple filling or a full set of implants. The folks here will make you feel like family.

The staff at Harmony Dental Ocala was professional and accommodating,make my dental experience so nice.they were checking on at all time making sure that I was comfortable and my questions were answered .I love it

Great ratings for all staff. They helped ease my nervousness of coming to a dentist. From the front desk.attendants and dental hygienist.They were wonderful. Got my teeth cleaned and an extraction. BUT. After the extraction I developed pain, excruciating pain in my jaw. Wow..i got an appointment but that afternoon the rains came and my transportation was 10 minutes late. I do not drive so I called explained myself and was told no appointments again till almost 2 weeks in spite of my pains.There was no concern on how they could help. So went to the appt. The dentist saw nothing wrong..questioned me if i grind my teeth? Insinuated that I dont care for my teeth??Wow. Left feeling very worried and hurt. Wow . So I had to find another dentist. TURNS out a bit of bone was sticking through my gum. Right by extraction site. I had to have my gum cut and the bone shaved. So I m in way less pain and am healing. Thank God. OCALA DENTAL was just making money of me.
