Dr. Cima Mazar-Atabaki is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She received her bachelors degree in Biology from U.C. Irvine and went on to California State University of Northridge where she obtained her Masters Degree in Biology. Dr. Cima, as she likes to be called by her patients, graduated dental school from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her formal education at the University of Southern California in 2009, where she obtained her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. She has been serving the needs of children in the Los Angeles area for 9 years before getting married, to Dr. Farhang Shahzadi a general dentist in Aliso Viejo, and establishing roots here in Aliso Viejo.
Dr. Cima has a very kind and caring personality. Her passion to work with children began early as an undergraduate student at UCI, doing research as a behavior therapist working with children with Autism. Dr. Cima believes that each child is unique and special and deserves personalized attention for their individual needs. She is known for her calm demeanor, loving nature, and gentle touch when providing high quality dentistry to her patients. She is dedicated to providing excellent care and has shown commitment to life-long learning.
In her free time Dr. Cima enjoys golfing and exploring the world with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as working out, reading, and cooking. And when the weather is nice and warm you can find her on her beach cruiser.
