Zero stars if I could Sabo is the worst. At first she made me feel at ease.I needed an emergency tooth extraction. She assured me I would be ok and pointed out another root canal I had done by another dentist was done incorrectly so I believed her and she insisted on me getting a bone graft for the emergency tooth extraction. Once the procedure was going to start another dentist came in and two employees said in spanish why is he doing it does he know how? To which I panicked and started crying I asked for Sabo and told her what her employees said. Sabo said she would do the extraction but I wish she didnt. While in the process the chair wasnt working properly and there was no water to which they left me mid process bleeding until they got another room available. She chipped of 2 of my other nearby teeth in the extraction process I was bleeding alot and she didnt show me a final X-ray. An assitant came in and told me I was good to go. I took pictures of the Xray on the monitor amd you can see the chipped teeth.Still in pain I went to another dentist and he said the pain came from 2 teeth being chipped off and there is material left a piece of tooth or root canal in there with the bone graft as shown by X-rays. I went back to Sabo after seeing the other dentist who said what Sabo did was unethical and used tools that are not used anymore for extractions and the root canal Sabo said was done incorrectly was not. When I talked to Sabo she was furious and wanted to talk to the dentist I saw. She said she could fix the damage. I paid out of pocket $1500. I said I dont want you to fix it I want a refund to have money for another dentist to fix the damage. She was so amgry so rude and mean she yelled at me and said to get out to which patients and employees heard and that she shouldnt have helped me and that her employees didnt say what I told her they said. I asked to speak to a higher up she said its me Im the one to get out.Of course the employees would deny it to her. I too would be afraid of her. If she yells at parients, I cant imagine how she treats employees.

This Dental office is top notch, state of the art. The staff is friendly, caring and extremely gentle. All the doctors are very compassionate and knowledgeable.
