Completed her Bachelors in Molecular and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida and went on to obtain the dental degree from the University of Florida. Currently, she is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Dental Society of Greater Orlando Area. She is extremely motivated to keep up with current advancements in dentistry. In her spare time, she loves to cook and enjoy meals with family and friends
Dr. Carr has practiced Dentistry and Orthodontics in Maryland and Florida since 1980. She received her BS Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1974 and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia in 1980.Dr. Elaine practiced General Dentistry as a clinical instructor at The Kernan Hospital for Handicapped Children in Baltimore, Maryland for eight years, and thenattended Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, where she completed her post-doctoral specialty Orthodontic training in 1990.
Dr. Adriana Maldonado was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2017 at the University of Puerto Rico, School of Dental Medicine and continued her post-graduate studies in UTHealth School of Dentistry at Houston, TX where she completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency in 2018. Since then, shes worked in private practice where shes developed a strong background and expertise in comprehensive dentistry. Dr. Maldonado makes every effort to stay on top of current developments in dentistry by maintaining the highest levels of accreditation and taking advantage of ongoing education in various topics in dentistry. Dr. Maldonado enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family in her free time. Having recently moved to Orlando, she cant wait to explore what the city has to offer. Dr. Maldonado is excited to join the OBT DENTAL & Orthodontics family and intends to provide her patients with gentle, honest, and quality care.
Dr. Olmos has over 13 years of experience in Cosmetic, Restorative and Pediatric Dentistry.To ensure that patients receive the best possible care, Dr. Olmos maintains active membership in the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Panamerican Dental Association, and Hispanic Dental Association.Dr. Olmos obtained a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A) and continues to study a Master Degree in Health Administration (M.H.A) at Webster University in Orlando, Florida.

Unprofessional office desk staff. Scheduled for a cleaning that did NOT happen (and looking through these reviews, looks like it's not just happening to me). Also received text reminders of my appointment and noticed that they changed my appointment time without telling me, thank goodness I had caught it in time. Had to go back and forth with front desk person regarding intake forms I never received in my email. A lot of attitude. Waited an hour after the appointment time to be seen, waited another hour in the dental chair after xrays to be seen by the dentist, never got my cleaning that I was told over the phone I was gonna get, and was about to be charged the wrong amount by this same desk person until I corrected her. Also received the wrong referral form. When I called to ask for the correct specialty referral form, person who answered the phone did not know what I was talking about and insisted that I needed to clarify something with my insurance (...what?). It was obvious she didn't know what she was talking about and just wanted me to figure it out. After getting clarification, I was hung up on. Then I received an EMPTY referral form. Later I received a filled out form but at this point I can't come back here. I've also noticed that over the phone they're nicer if I speak Spanish. Something is wrong with the FLOW of this office. Dr. Anjum was professional, but not getting a cleaning when I was told I would, getting my appointment time changed without notice, and having to deal with incompetent front desk staff was too inconvenient for me to continue here. It's okay to not know something, but it's not okay to give me attitude over something that you don't know. Don't make your insecurities my problem. The level of service was shocking. Dentist and xray technician were great though.

I called my dental insurance to seek information on a dental office that was closest to my home. My insurance and myself called them to let them that I will be a new patient. I called on January 31st. The front desk clerk said that I couldn't make an appointment until March 1 due to the type of insurance I had. I called back on the last day of February to set an appointment, and when prompted for English no one picked up. I was on hold forever. I called back and chose Spanish and my call was received immediately. I requested an appointment, but she said she cannot help me because my name was not on the list. I had to show up to the office to request an appointment. While at the office, I had my insurance representative on the line to straighten everything out. It took 3 front desk workers to assist me as they didn't know what they were doing. As they were searching for my name in March, lo and behold my name was down in February. They ended up giving me an appointment way in June. They messaged me a reminder for the appointment and sent me an email. When I arrive for my appointment, they said oh we were supposed to call you yesterday because we were confused about what type of insurance you had, which was incorrect because they had everything to their disposal including my insurance company number to call and confirm. They said they cannot render any services to me because of their mistakes. They said they apologize for that and due to the hectic schedule they could not see me. But I was on the schedule to be seen that day! All they had to do was call my insurance company right there. The front desk workers are very unpleasant to English speaking patrons. They are inconsiderate of other people's time. They are very unprofessional and lack customer service skills. They said they'll improve on their processes in April. It is incorrect. They are just writing to look good to others so they can still be patronized.
