City, Nebraska and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at theUniversity of Nebraska. She went on to complete a one-year Advanced Education in GeneralDentistry residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she practiced morecomplex restorative, implant, and oral surgery procedures. Since completing her residency, Dr.Oatman has been practicing in Independence, MO for the past five years.
Dr. Oatman is passionate about continuing education and learning about the most current research in the field of dentistry. She is currently pursuing her fellowship through the Academy of General Dentistry and has completed over four hundred hours of continuing education courses. Dr. Oatman is actively involved in the Greater Kansas City Dental Society, having recently completed a term serving on their Board of Directors. She is currently serving as a delegate to the Missouri Dental Association. She holds dental licenses in Missouri and Nebraska.
Dr. Oatman and her husband, Ryan, live in Lees Summit with their two young children, Madilyn and Zoey. Dr.Oatman enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and following her favorite sports teams.
