STAY AWAY!! The say your insurance will cover for the procedure...then it doesn't, then they chase you with new bills and pretend to re-submit but at the same sending you collection notices. Just like any other shady dentist in the area.

I have been bringing my son here for 13 years. I have to fill out a million forms every single time. But now they charge you for a missed appointment that is not canceled before 48 hours, but they will cancel and re schedule your appointment as they wish without compensation. This place was once good. Now they just turned into a money monster. Not about the care of the patient or regards to the customer.

This is the one dental office that my boys actually look forward to coming to, they love it. The staff there are so kind and patient.

DONT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU CONFIRM WITH YOUR INSURANCE YOUR COPAYS! I had a great experience the first time I went here with my two sons 8 and 13. Everyone was very nice and friendly and they doctors were thorough. They both had some cavities we needed to take care of and when they let me know how much the copays would be it was triple the cost of my previous dentist. I signed up for the best dental insurance my new employer had so it didn't make sense to me. After speaking to the office about my concerns they told me it was because my children aged out at age 8 which is why it was so high and their adult doctors wont see my children because of their age and the pediatric doctors will see them but I have to pay for it out of pocket. After looking at my plan all showing they don't age out until 19, I was very confused. I spoke directly with my insurance and confirmed with them the pediatric plan I have, that they are covered under pediatric until age 19. So really they just wanted to charge me more money instead of going through my insurance and I feel very deceived by this office. Make sure you check with your insurance before paying this place a dime since they lie about what your insurance covers just to take your money. My insurance company had to call them today to explain to them that my children are covered to be seen by the pediatric dentist but after all of this, I am seriously considering just starting over with a new office that is not deceitful. Unfortunately I have already signed a contract to do my oldest sons braces here and put down a $300 down payment with a $115 monthly payment for 2 years but the ortho is separate from pediatrics so I think I will just take them elsewhere for pediatrics and only move forward with the ortho here. UPDATE!!! Just reached out to my insurance regarding my sons ortho treatment and my insurance said my copay should be $1,700 for the claim code D880 they have filed with my insurance for $4,200 for cost of ortho treatment. But Oasis Family Dental wrote in my contract that the treatment cost is $3,550 with my insurance only covering $625 leaving the remaining balance for me to pay as $2,925. They are charging my insurance an extra $650 than what they put in the contract as well as lying to me and charging me an extra $1,200. This place needs to be shut down for fraud.

Been a patient for 7 years. Not the same as when I started. For years it was a friendly inviting environment with all the same people - almost like a family. But then a couple years ago things changed and the Riverside partnership management seems to have changed and things started going down hill. Several employees leaving unhappy. They FIRED my favorite hygienist for not pushing unnecessary coatings and procedures to make them more money - will always be ANGRY about that. Now there is nobody left from the good old days. I love Dr Sugiono and he provides the best quality products and services but the fact is that I can no longer afford to be a patient there... VERY EXPENSIVE! Before insurance, that pays less than half of my total... they want over $4,000.00 for one crown with root canal on one tooth! And no more friendly personable staff like it used to be. Yes, he may be the best dentist I've ever had... but I just can't afford him... I guess it's time to look around and see what else is out there. Just have to be discriminating... and still so angry about getting rid of so many people for not pushing what most of them considered unnecessary products that I wasn't ever going to pay for anyway.

Dr. Cantrell is amazing! ( Peds dentist). She is so warm, good with my kids, and takes the time to explain what's going on. She answers our questions and doesn't make you feel like she's rushed at all. We are glad we have her as our kids' dentist!

The dentist we liked sold his practice without letting patients know, not cool. We stayed there because of the Hygenist that we loved. Then she disappeared and they lied to us sbout who we would be seeing even though I asked, so when we got there we were told she moved on. Deception does make for loyal clients. We will be looking for a good dentist, Again!

I love this dental office! I've been a patient here for several years and I love the staff, my dentist, Dr. Sugiono and my hygienist! Check it out! My former dentist actually slipped with the drill and cut my cheek! Use to be afraid of dentists. Not anymore. And they don't do unnecessary work. Dr. S has a nice sense of humor, too.

Dr Cantrell is the best pedodontis! My kids have been coming to her for over 6 years my kids are fearless of the dentist because of how nice she is!
