I was so impressed with the staff of Oasis Dental. Our family has lived in Schertz for the past 13 years. I had gotten consultation at another clinic and wanted a second opinion on the work proposed and the costs. Oasis got me in the next day, was honest in what was needed (saving me a lot of money), and treated me so respectfully. I am truly grateful I called for the second opinion as I now have a family dentist that I trust.

Dr Galles and his team are amazing they have done amazing of helping me feel comfortable. They also answer questions throughly. They also treat you as family.

Oasis is a first-class dental practice! Dr. Galles is genuinely concerned about his patients. He and his staff make you feel like you are important to them. I am very pleased with the care I've received in the past nine years. Recently, I took my Sister, who is disabled, in for treatment. They spoke with her asking her desires, even though she was in some cases unable to express them. Dr. Galles and his staff were attentive to my Sister's needs and cared for her as a person. Most people direct their conversation to me ignoring my Sister has feelings and thoughts. It is refreshing to be surrounded by true professionals.

Oasis is a first-class dental practice! Dr. Galles is genuinely concerned about his patients. He and his staff make you feel like you are important to them. I love Dr Galles and his staff they are all very friendly. I have been coming to Oasis Family Dentist for over a year and they are all like family there.

Once you get past the front desk warden, the dentist is phenomenal and the hygienists are sweet and light-handed. Unfortunately, their system is a set up to box you in to your appointments. They send emails and text messages to confirm your appointment, but with no option to cancel the appointment through those methods. Some people can't make phone calls to reschedule appointments over the phone while at work. It's a forced situation to make the appointment and if you don't cancel within 2 days, you're nearly forced to pay a $50 fee over the phone while you're cancelling the appointment. It's a strong-arm system very similar to debt collectors Pay Now or else.. It's too bad, my family has spent many years there and thoroughly enjoy the staff with exception of their methodology.

Everyone there is so nice and polite. The dr and staff are all so caring. After leaving I was in a lot of pain and they got me back in right away. I only waited a few minutes before being called back and then didn't wait long at all for the dr either. I would definitely recommend Oasis Family Dental!

Dr. Galles and his staff are absolutely the best. They're all very friendly and professional. I've never had a bad experience here in 5+ years. Place is clean, with TVs for relaxation both in waiting room and in individual rooms. They're always on time with schedules. Will recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience here. Every aspect from making the appointment, check in, the x-ray and cleaning, to the dentist exam. The hygienist Ashton was super friendly, professional and thorough.

I had been avoiding going to the dentist due to a previous bad experience. I was referred here by another dentist due to needing emergency care. Not happy about how it happened that I found them, but extremely glad I did. The doctors and staff are great! Very friendly and always thorough in explaining treatment plans. My children have all had treatments done here. They have definitely earned my family's loyalty.

I had a complex problem that was barely perceptible with normal xrays. Dr Galles knew I was veteran, so he used his contacts to get me an appointment at the Air Force Post Graduate Dental School , where they confirmed his suspicions and promptly took care of the issue at no expense to me. Thank You Dr Galles and all the wonderful people at Oasis Dental!
