Oasis Dentistry is proud to announce that our cornerstones of comfort, relaxation, and quality care have evolved into luxury and aesthetic results with the opening of VLUXE Spa which is located on the second floor of the Concord building! Dr. V. Landers developed her vision for VLUXE to help patients achieve a total sense of wellbeing and relaxation and to alleviate anxiety before their dental visits.

Oasis Dentistry places patient attention and service at the center of its mission. Drs. Antonio and Veronica Landers each take a personal interest in the individuals who entrust their dental health to this practice.

From our massaging treatment chairs to the attentive and caring staff, our patient care is second to none! With two locations to better serve you, Oasis Dentistry is convenient to Charlotte and Concord, North Carolina as well as the surrounding areas.

After realizing that her patients seemed to have a general sense of nervousness about dental visits, Dr. Veronica Landers spent a great deal of time contemplating ways to help them achieve a total sense of well-being and relaxation. Having traveled the world experiencing atmospheres of a variety of illustrious spas, she developed her vision for VLUXE Spa.

A Mississippi native and southern girl at heart, Dr. Veronica Landers, along with her husband, made Charlotte, NC home in 2009. Dr. Landers, or as her team calls her, Dr. V, devotes considerable time and energy toward continuing education.

My native country is Haiti, but at the age of 9, my family and I moved to the U.S. Although I am a true island girl at heart, I have called this great country home for a very long time. My family and I have lived in North Carolina since 2006. Here, I attended UNCC, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Afterwards, I moved to Washington, D.C. to attend Howard University College of Dentistry where I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Upon graduating, I moved back to the Charlotte area, and became a member of the Oasis Dentistry team in September 2018. What I love the most about being a dentist is the bond I get to form with my patients. I love having the ability to educate in order to improve, not only ones oral health, but overall quality of life. My ultimate goal is to make each patients experience and time with me as comfortable as possible. I consider it a success if I am able to ease a patients fears and to put a smile on his or her face. In my free time, Im most likely spending time with my husband or family. I enjoy traveling abroad, eating out, playing tennis, and kickboxing (which I started more recently). Hope to meet you all soon!

Spa Philosophy Dedicated to helping you achieve and maintain balance, we go beyond the traditional aesthetic spa experience by integrating the very best of wellness, technology, and results-driven treatments together in one facility. At VLUXE Signature Spa, everything we do is with your comfort and satisfaction in mind because our patients are our number one priority.

This Oasis Dentistry has 2 offices -Charlotte & Concord NC area. Being that they've been in business as long as they have and have 2 offices, I'm guessing that they are good at something but I cannot tell you what that is. In other words, I am not saying that they are not good at anything. However, If it's a major job and its going to cost you a lot of out of pocket $$, I DO NOT recommend Oasis Dentistry in the Charlotte/Concord NC Area. At first glance they all seem courteous and the office has a inviting ambiance. In my opinion, it's all smoke and mirrors. As soon as you complain about anything done wrong, the next time you visit the office, the inviting ambiance is going to feel passive-aggressive. Read the reviews... ask for them to redo it or a refund and they will ignore you. Somehow, it is not their fault. So he would not accept accountability. It's your fault for trusting them. That being said, we all have free-will. Make sure that you use your free-will to your advantage.

9/13/2022. Pro-tip: If you're looking for Briana, she no longer works here. I found out the hard way. Really wanted to continue to support a Black business, but I do not recommend this place. Unprofessional and generally shady. I would schedule my cleanings with Briana (sp) only. On my last visit, I showed up and she was not there. I was told by some individuals that she was on vacation and others said she no longer worked there. Way to present a united front (eyeroll). No one had bothered to call me in advance and alert me of this change because I would have definitely canceled instead of wasting my time. The saving grace here is an employee named Aleta (sp). She tried to be as helpful as possible after I wasted my time during what would ultimately be my final visit. Found a new dentist who has nothing but 5-star reviews, and her office's professionalism is UNMATCHED! I have tooth-colored fillings due to gum recession. Upon visiting my new dentist, she squashed the claim that Dr. Landers had made stating that my current ones need to be replaced. My NOW dentist said this was not the case, leaving me to the conclusion that this advice from Antonio Landers was nothing more than a MONEY GRAB. It once took me 2-3 months to get an official document I had requested on letterhead. SMH. Ridiculous. BEWARE. Watch your back and your pockets here. Office is all over the place and can't get any of their stories together.

Long overdue review...my experience here has been amazing! Oasis Dentistry is a whole vibe! The staff is welcoming and friendly. I had the pleasure of having Dash as my dental hygienist. Dash took great of me and made me feel calm. She is such a sweetheart and hope I have the pleasure of having her on every visit. Looking for a dentistry that is pleasant...Oasis Dentistry is the place to go!

I've been coming to the practice for ~10 years and experience was much better at attention to detail that was seen in the beginning but I'm loosing trust with each new visit this year. Lately, things seem to have tallied into what can be described as anxiety inducing experience: including repeated miss communication of rescheduling + no communication over appointments (e.g. dr missing appointment on schedule times - causing rescheduling multiple times without effective notice), revolving door of rotating doctors working in a single session not communicating with each other, removing enamel without permission to good teeth not related to procedure, induced misalignment of crown due to further teeth removal and temp crown breakage followups, and custom itemized procedures not claimed with insurance in negotiating discounts, asking for paying my parent's bill like it's my responsibility, and multiple attempts to over-charge or charge again for things already charged that were caught. Although professionalism is kept lawyerly, I somehow feel defeated this year as each appointment inducing further complications, pressure in payments before my care, and miscommunications rather than straightforward quality results and teamwork of C- compared to those in my earlier years of S class experience.

I am not one to usually post bad reviews but I felt kind of upset about how phone calls and messages are handled. I have called and left messages and have never heard back or been answered. Now I am in severe pain and trying to find a dental office that opens on Saturday as well. Considering how phone calls and messages are handled I wouldn't want to be seen here, since it may be a hastle to set appointments up for future visits. Super unfortunate.

Tried scheduling appointment today since Covid seems to have lessened along with the fear factor.. sure masks required in office. Told that after not being seen in office for a year, I'm considered as technically new patient and they aren't taking new patients at this time. Monthly I receive texts and emails advising me of opened appts etc. So administratively I am a patient. But not realistically. Being medical office and not taking Covid in to account iswrong. No phone calls to follow up on my absence. No letter or email advising me that I will be dropped as a patientif not seen. I would give negative also for being hung up on when asking the name of who I talked to. Hypocritical oath here equals being a hypocrite. Send me soliciting texts and emails But don't stand by the info solicited Just wrong.

One bad apple will ruin the bunch. Loved the staff here until I had to work with the manager. Completely turned off now and cannot even get a call back as promised regarding my refund. So disappointed.

I wish I could give them 0 stars for the inconvenience. I made an appt for my self and child only for my appt to be cancelled to due them being understaffed. I understand that this is a problem that many businesses are facing right now but the issue is no one called or notified me of this. I had only learned of this by making a call to request no fluoride for my upcoming appt which was the following day. Well, the person I spoke with apologized and she attempted to reschedue me an appt for 3 weeks out. After a little push back on the new appt date she somehow was able to get an appt for us for the following week. I showed up for the appt only to be told my appt wasn't confirmed . Well no one called to confirm an appt. So, once again the appt was cancelled and filled (is what I was told) Very disappointed in this place!

The vibe of this upscale establishment encourages me in reaching my own endeavors. There's always amazing music playing !! and a good show to watch as you wait. Which, by the way, I've never had to wait very long whatsoever, and I can only speak for my own experience, meanwhile, I've never left in pain. I've never really felt pain passed a lil pressure, which is like a God send for anyone who may have fears about the dentist. Both dentists that have worked on my teeth have been absolutely professional and down to earth. That's very important to me. I'd only recommend anyone and everyone to come here for their procedures, as my boss recommended them to me and I'm blessed to have taken her advice. (Awesome boss!!) The dental assistants are very educated, they seem to have a great amount of knowledge and know how. The clerks at the desk are very professional, provide patients with an amazing rapport. I always feel like I've done something correct by coming here and can rave about the consistency I've received. I don't feel intimidated, or skeptical. Dentists like them are the reason I love to smile and they make my smile brighter it's a win/win. Ok, rant over

This Business needs to be closed. They are very rude individuals. Dr. A. Landers pulled a tooth he shouldn't have pulled. And I screamed in pain he said to his wife and I quote..." She's acting like the 12 Y/O we had earlier and im about to send her outta here crying." End quote. You Sir are Unprofessional and UNPREPARED for your patients. You need a few classes on how to run a front office. You are despicable and your attitude is deplorable. I hope no one i know ever has to come see you. Don't worry....I won't let them!!!!!

This is in reference to my hygienist, Briana. I suffer with anxiety and have been turned away before because of blood pressure. I was paired with Briana during my first cleaning visit and years later I still prefer her. She is personable, knowledgeable and has a gentle spirit. She provides sound advice to keep my teeth/gums in good shape. It could be great but unfortunately I'm a hard headed patient and it takes a while for me to get on board but 2022 is looking up with my end of the bargain on the upkeep of my teeth/gums.
