I had the most amazing experience with every single person I interacted with. I was never left waiting for anyone. The extra comfort measures like a blanket and a neck pillow go above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone who asks!

What a great experience from somebody who has dental anxiety this office was amazing everywhere from scheduling the appointment with Jennifer to checking in with Jess and Veronica the hygienist Kat was amazing and the dentist Dr Burns is probably the best dentist I've ever encountered. My 2 front teeth on top were decaying on the bottom so he completely made them as good as new. If you are anxious about seeing the dentist then Burns dentistry is the perfect place for you, it's nothing like a regular trip to the dentist it's almost like a spa experience from offering of beverages when you get there to the hygienist seeing if you want a pillow letter getting worked on and the nice relaxing music during your procedure, I will never go to another dental office.Even the checkout and billing were right on which is uncommon these days.

I was blown away by the professional setting of the Burns Dentistry office. Starting with Jen up front that helped me get signed in . Then Kat was very friendly and kind while taking my x-rays and helping Dr Burns with my exam. Dr Burns was very through with my exam and was very honest because he didn't try to sell me on more than want was needed.

Everytime I have come to the office, I have nothing but amazing experiences. I honestly do not love going to the dentist, but the office staff and assistants are beyond accommodating to nervous patients. The education and explanations are thorough and make you feel empowered to make your own decisions. Truly a wonderful place to get the best treatments.

Retired military and 1st time for my family at Burns Dentistry in Litchfield Park yesterday. A great! great! experience, my wife of 30 years said it was the best she has every experienced. They took great care of our special needs son. They are in network for military retiree's. From the front desk until we left the service, professionalism, caring attitude were on full display. We will be back in 6 months for another cleaning and truly look forward to being with this company for many years to come. Thank you. I will follow with another review after our next appointment. Bravo Zulu.

Let me start off by saying I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. When I went in for an appt the atmosphere was spa like and very soothing. I first met with the dental assistant Kat who has a bubbly personality and very friendly. Next I met with the hygienist Briana and my anxiety was starting to kick in. She was very comforting sharing her own experience with anxiety. Talked me through every step making sure I was doing okay. Next up was Dr. Kaiser who also has a friendly bubbly demeanor. He was really down to earth which also helped ease my nerves. After all the dental work was done I was walked out to the check out desk and met Jen who was also nice and helpful scheduling my follow up appts and making sure I was all set before leaving. I have to say this team is amazing so I will be returning for future dental care. This was an entirely different experience from what I've had in the past. I already recommended them to my coworkers and friends.
