The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They are very professional and good listeners. Their technical skills are equally good. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this office enough! As someone who has struggled with severe dental anxiety my entire life and previously used to have to take medication in order to go to the dentist- this place has completely changed me. The staff is what makes this place better and above the rest. They are a carefully selected group of people who are so welcoming, kind, compassionate and just pleasant, always. Their office is always clean and Dr. Gherman is the absolute best. The work they have done is always leaving me feeling confident and I wholeheartedly trust their professional opinions. I will never go to another office after being a patient at oasis dental!

WOW! OUTSTANDING. This small business does everything right. What a phenomenal team throughout. From knowing your name, to exemplary treatment practices. I couldn't be happier.

Great doctor, unpleasant front desk staff. I was running late, so called ahead that I would be 15 min late. Front desk said that's ok as long as it's only 15 min. Checked in right at that time and was told it was ok, please take a seat and wait. I then informed the front desk I have a new insurance. The person sighed and asked for a minute then walked away. After about a minute or two they came back and scolded me for being "17 min late and that I really should have called ahead". I filled out an online form that took about 1 minute for the insurance change. And was told we have to reschedule and I would be charged a late fee.

I have been a patient here for a while and all staff were very nice and professional. But, after the pandemic, I came back for cleaning and everything was a huge downgrade. The new hygienist was not professional and didn't clean my teeth. They just measure and flossing which I can do it at home. I had to wait for a long time for the doctor's exam and when she came, she just looked around for a few minutes and said nothing to me. I am very disappointed!

I switched to Oasis Dental a while ago and had my family also switch to this practice. I have been nothing but impressed with everything. From the cleanliness of the office.. to the state of the art equipment.. to the absolute genuine effort of the staff to make you feel comfortable at all times. The staff goes out of their way to get to know you and are just all around amazing. I have anxiety about dental work and they have always been. 100% top notch! Very impressed with your practice Dr Gherman. And my daughter in law loves Miles!!

My family and I were patients for many years and had good experiences until a recent chain of events. My son was denied an appointment because he had a temperature of 99 and the COVID guidelines are 104. I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and after waiting in the office for 15 minutes, they refused to take me after I was told they would. They also refused to work with me on unfair charges on my account. The office culture has definitely changed and my family and I will be going elsewhere. Oshachanged so much, but my family the office has changed so much.

I want to start by saying I'm an extremely difficult patient. I have severe sensory issues and avoided seeing a dentist for years because of the vibrations from the drill and the cleaning tools. This team always goes above and beyond to make me comfortable without any judgment for my hangups over things that probably seem minor to people without autism or sensory disorders. They're all very sweet and accommodating, I recommend them to everyone

I had a procedure done today and wanted to drop a quick review. In short, Oasis Dental, LLC is FANTASTIC. I haven't had any dental work done in some time, so I was a bit apprehensive going in; however, Dr. Linda Gherman is extremely gentle, clearly knowledgeable, and is accommodated by an incredibly friendly and professional staff. Facility is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Undoubtedly a 5/5 experience.

I had to wait almost three months to get an appointment for a cracked tooth that has been exposed for too long, understandable with COVID-19 though and the office's limited appointment slots. Then my son's school went back to virtual only just a week before my appointment, I lost my job, and when I called to reschedule Oasis couldn't get me in until the end of December. I have lost my job and my health care benefits expire in January, this didn't seem to concern them. I informed the front office as to my situation, but no one could help me and no one told me over the phone I could not bring my son knowing that was my only option. I received several text messages to confirm my appointment with COVID related check in details, although I missed the one line that mentioned I could not bring anyone to my appointment, including my son. Upon arriving early to my appointment I was told he could not come with me. Things have been so incredibly difficult as a single mom of two little kids that has lost her job, I just wanted relief from this painful tooth today and absolutely no one in the office could relate to my predicament or was willing to work with me. I was turned away, appointment canceled, with no offer to reschedule. I am now desperately seeking a new dentist before my benefits run out. Thank you Oasis for the terrible predicament you have put me in and for your complete lack of empathy or willingness to offer options that might work for my situation.

Oasis Dental is awesome! They have been so great taking care of my teeth and even were able to fix something that none of my previous dentists ever suggested to fix. All the staff are really nice and they give me a free cookie after my appointments :)

Oasis Dental is not what it used to be and let me explain why. It seems they are falling into the sales trap. When you ask for a regular cleaning thats what you should get, not always pushing for a deep clean. I know at least 7 people who had the exact same thing recommended when they just want their teeth cleaned. There are a number of Dental offices who offer commissions to their hygienists who get more work done..

This team is the BEST dental care team I've ever encountered. They're always so nice, understanding, and patient! I've been going there for years and refuse to change! Plus, they're office is clean and comfortable! Rarely do you get the two together, it's awesome!
