This is a very professional and well run office. My wait time was minimal and the teeth-cleaning technician was lovely. Dr. Maltz-Dichter was extremely thorough. She is a kind and gentle dentist who takes the time you need, covering any and all (and beyond) dental issues you may have. I highly recommend this practice.

If you're looking for an awesome dentist , you've come to the right place.! Dr. Berman is awesome! She is warm, compassionate and always makes sure I am as comfortable and pain free. She patiently answers all my questions about whatever she is doing. Dr. Berman, impressively, earned her DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry, one of the best in the country. The dental assistants are also great. They explain everything they are doing. They are also warm, compassionate and pain free. The office staff, likewise, are wonderful. They get me an appointment quickly, explain co-pays, and are very thoughtful.

Customer service has gone down hill (receptionist asked if I had the right Oasis Dental and I said of course I did as the number is saved into my phone), no apology for the mistake on their end, unable to make appointment first time around, later told no record of appointment nor was I in the system. Was able to find a dentist who was open all 5 days a week!!

The female dentist that waited on me was good. But your prices should be more reasonable when paying cash especially if you're a returning customer and you used up all of your dental insurance for that particular year.

Just was there for a consultation for 2 teeth to be taken out on the 7th . I saw a bad review the dentist pulled the wrong tooth on another patient who was seen 3 times by this doctor. Thank God I will be awake so there is no way he could remove the wrong teeth. all goes well for me. This was with Dr. Jones @ 9501 Roosevelt Blvd. The staff are very rude especially one xtra rude & raised her voice @ me . I don't recommend this office for anyone. Maybe if you are afro American you might get better treatment than I did.

Just had a shady interaction with this place I made an appointment yesterday gave all my information everything was fine then today they call talking about they need my social security number I said i wasn't comfortable providing that over the phone to an unknown person and she pretty much said if I wouldn't give my social over the phone I couldn't come to their office to me that seems fishy and it's really unprofessional

Had a molar pulled and the tooth in front of it had a filling, they broken the entire back off of the tooth and left it sharp in my mouth. The tooth now needs a root canal and a crown, and I am in pain. They refuse to help, told me they don't have a human resources department and per the paperwork the rush you through signing to do the work, they also have you sign that if they break any other teeth it is on your and they are not responsible. Definitely do NOT recommend unless your trying to have more dental work forced on you.

They were so nice and polite to a new patient. The lady who worked the front desk was so sweet and helpful. It was a quick and simple visit. Overall a great experience and I look forward to come back!

I have awful medical anxiety due to a number of bad experiences in the past. Until I went to Oasis, I hadn't been to a dentist in over 8 years. I was really nervous to get in the chair, but they've been fantastic both times I've been now. Everyone I've encountered at the office is friendly and pleasant. The dentist and hygienists were all fantastic. They took the time to chat with me to set me at ease, listen to my nervous babbling, and talk me through my concerns. They explained what they were going to do and why before each thing they did. They checked in with me numerous times throughout to make sure I was doing OK and did a great job accommodating my need for breaks to rest my jaw (TMJ issues) during the appointments without me even having to remind them. If you have dental fears, I'd highly recommend Oasis. Really happy with my experience at this office.

I had a great experience. The staff was warm and welcoming. The dental hygienist Keisha was detailed and patient. She throughly explained the entire process which helped relieve my anxiety during the visit.

I wouldn't suggest. Have been to a few dentist and this one seemed great at first. The one assistant was very efficient along with the hygienist. The other lady was slow and unfriendly. Had me moved me to a different room. Which I thought was odd? It was just unprofessional & seemed to have older equipment. I guess if you're used to that Oasis is a great dentist for you. But I prefer someone who is in touch with new and advanced procedures. Asked the lady some questions about whitening and she looked at me like I had 5 heads. Said she didn't know anything about it, but proceeded to tell me 10 minutes prior she's worked in that office for many years. Just seemed like they don't stay up to date with newer technologies. I'll be going elsewhere moving forward.

Oasis Dental I'm a new patient and my second appointment was scaling and two fillings My dental hygienists was fantastic she made a very nervous situation a comfortable one. I knew it was going to be a difficult appointment because of self neglect. She was wonderful and I looked forward to having her clean my teeth. Dr Bergman great dentist very knowledgeable she explained to me as she was working on my teeth. I dread fillings but the anxiety subsided and before I knew it she was done. No lines no waiting, they don't leave you in the waiting area and forget about you.
