I started going here a few years ago for an emergency visit. Have been going ever since. They are great fitting u in at last minute if you have a problem. Currently seeing Dr. Rao who I'm comfortable with - that's the most important thing I can have with a dentist.... Plus.... He's awesome!

Today I had an appointment for cleaning. I was nervous because there are sensitive areas that make me cringe just thinking about it; I was holding my breath.!!! I explained this to the hygienist; she was very understanding and knew exactly what had to be done. Everything went very well, my teeth are clean and stain free and all accomplished with no discomfort whatsoever. Thanks to the lovely Dominique, my hygienist.

All the services I received here were expertly done, from the cleanings, cavity fillings, and teeth extractions, all were performed professionally and painlessly with follow up advice on how to prevent more issues with my teeth in the future.

Hands down the best in dental care on the Island. Went in for extraction was referred to the oral surgeon, which is difficult to get an appt. She bonded the broken tooth so it'll last me. Thank you.

This office is the BEST !!!! I have never waited long for a visit my appointment was always on time . Dr ruggieri listened to my concerns and set up a plan for me ... they NEVER DISAPPOINT!! The staff is also on top of everything and they are very knowledgeable and friendly !! Very friendly place .. thank you

40 minutes waiting and when I finally saw the dentist he said Hi, and I said hello. After that he adviced to get in the front desk and book another appointment, because the one I made for today was an appointment to book the other main appointment ???? Dont waiste your time with this office! Not worth it.

I've never had a problem at Oakwood Dental Arts. I've been going to the Oakwood location for many years and than when I found out they had one near my house in Tottenville I was like score! Both locations are great! Dr. Ruggeri is the best. Dr. Ruggeri is the best.

Let's start with the that they have super snotty staff. They have bad attitudes and it shows. Gas is 5 dollars a gallon , yes I was 10 minutes late and they refused to take me. They are being way too hard on the patient with these drastic messures! Yes there needs to be a cut off on how late someone is , come on 10 mins!! I can see telling someone to reschedule if they are up to 20 mins late not 5 or 10 minutes. Comes off as IMPATIENT to me.

Everyone at this office is knowledgeable and friendly! The office is clean and run very efficiently. Dr Rao is the best, hes thorough, explains everything and answers all questions you may have, puts his patients at ease and work is amazing!
