Omg!!!! I couldn't be happier. I am terrified simply terrified of any dentist because I had horrible experiences in the past. Well When I walked in I started crying already just when the receptionist greeted me and starting asking me questions . I had a cracked tooth that has been bothering me forever but I was so scared to go so I dealt with the pain for way to long.... Well let me tell you, the staff was so welcoming and doing their best to keep me calm and reassure me I was in the best hands possible with Dr. Hackman and they were right. She was so calm, kind and walked me through everything, she even wiped my tears.. She did a route canal right there and put me out of the pain and misery I was in for so long. What an amazing experience all around. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude....

The doctors and staff are really amazing!! They make you feel very comfortable. They are professional. They do excellent work! I would give a lot more than five stars. I'm very happy with this location. Great team work too!

I've been going to this office for a few years now and absolutely love them! Everyone is so sweet and patient. Melissa and the receptionist at the front desk are amazing and Dr. Jackman is the best!!!!!!! Couldn't be happier, my kids even look forward to their appointments.

The staff are super friendly, helpful, understanding, and they work very well with you regarding your dental health. This is my second visit after not going to the dentist for some years, and they were very understanding about it.

What a waste of time! 2 times they booked for what I thought was an actual appointment to fix the tooth. They told me nope, sorry just a consult. Waste of time. I'm left in pain. Very much do NOT recommend if you value your time.

I switch to Oakwood because I was tired of my out of pocket costs, and felt I deserve better service, which they provide. Staff was friendly & professional. Thank you

The staff are very polite and professional. There is not much wait time in the office. Doctor Jackman is very kind and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend this office for dental services.

Lauren, the hygienist just completed my cleaning. She was wonderful, efficient kind & professional Nia did the xrays & was great also. I actually look forward to my semi annual cleanings because of Lauren.

All of the staff are so polite and professional. I am so please with the care I receive since day one. Vanessa the hygienist is awesome she makes me feel at ease and comfortable. Place is clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this dental office

All of the staff were so kind and professional. Lauren, the hygienist, was wonderful. I asked a million questions and she answered all of them and gave me so much helpful information. Dr. Lerch was also very kind and helpful. The whole visit was a wonderful experience.

I took my 87 year old mother to have her tooth replaced.. I told them at the front desk that she has dementia..and asked them to explain to the dentist. I was unaware that when they spoke to her in the room, that she agreed to an upgrade on her tooth. So instead of 763.00 she now had to pay 1054! She is 87 years old??? I think they took advantage of her.. so be careful, seems they are all about the money!
