Would never ever go back. Had young Dr. P work on me. Placed a crown in my mouth on a back molar and then left me in the chair unattended for 45 minutes.....while he argued on the phone with the Insurance company about a payment for another patient. I actually had to start wandering around the office asking other dentists where he was. Had a different dentist in that office try to adjust his work since he didn't come back...The tooth was never adjusted correctly - as I wasn't her patient. I went to another dentist who fixed the issue in about five minutes in his chair. Poorly trained, ill prepared to be a caring practitioner, an a clueless staff - it was a Nightmare.

Had my fillings done there 2 years ago. I was quoted a low prie, but ended up paying wayy more than what i was quoted. I asked why, they said we gave u the best quality fillings, the quote was for the cheapest ones. Again i didnt mind and paid, but never was offered with any options. I never leave bad reviews... One year later i started feeling pain. I went there again, the new doctor that saw me said these are some of the worst fillings he's seen in his life and asked me where i got them. I replied with i got them here just over a year ago... The doctor that did my initial fillings has left the clinic tho. He kind of patched them up which i would say eliminated the pain. Now approximately another year later, one of the fillings just fell out. Ive had flings done before, but this place was the worst! Be aware and avoid! So i gove them another chance and go there to fix the filling (I dont want to repay for something i paid twice for already). I sit down and explain what happened, the doctor does a temporary fix... He said he's not doing anything until he sees if the insurance will reimburse, (becausw i didnt want to pay for a third time for a fillling) which will take 4-6 weeks! The temporary fix is like some medicated gum, which per the doctor, i can brush, but not floss, and mot sure how long it will stay (pending insurance to pay for 3rs time). Now i dont blame the current doctor personnaly, but i went to Oakwood dental arts and they randomly assigned me a doctor (first time did the filling) which to my luck was horrible a recently left after doing my teeth. I think Oakwood dental should take responsibility for this, and not have me wait 4-6 weeks for a horrible servoce that they provided. This place is horrible, and reading other reviews flilings falling out in a quick time is not something new. Horrible place AVOID.

Start with the good news. Dr. Pannone is excellent , takes the time to go over the treatment plan and answers all questions professionally. The reception staff on the other hand are the most uninformed, inconsiderate individuals I've ever had to deal with. No customer service skills whatsoever. They all need extensive training on dealing with the public

I am usually nervous going to the dentist, but Anna Marie is excellent in her field. She calms me down and is very gentle. Dr. Pannone is very professional and thorough. Truly appreciate him and that he is diligent. I am very grateful to all the staff for being kind and courteous. Evelin Aimetti

The hygienist Stephanie was very pleasant and did a great job, and explained everything to me in great detail. The doctor then came in and was very clear and made me understand the results of my X-rays and what the coming steps are. I have the Tottenville location literally 2 minutes from my house, but I will continue going to this location instead. They are a FIVE STAR staff!!

I never post negative reviews but I am so furious with my experience here that I need to warn other people. I will never go back to this place. I had been going here for years for regular cleanings every six months with no issues. About 3 years ago one of the dentists told me I needed to get fillings in my teeth because my teeth had "too many grooves" and they wanted to prevent cavities. Which just sounded like a money making scheme to me and was a red flag. Recently I actually had a small cavity, which they filled. When the dentist injected me with novocaine it was clear he hit a nerve with the needle because I had pain shooting up into my ear and face. When I told him, his response was "oh, that's weird, you should be numb in a few minutes" and left the room. When he was finished with the filling he told me it would probably fall out at some point but we had some time before that happens... again, a red flag. In less than 2 weeks my filling did indeed fall out, and I went to a better and more competent dentist to have it fixed. Every dentist that I have seen in this place looks like they're fresh out of dental school and quite obviously don't know what they are doing. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Originally I posted a negative review about the service I received at the dental office. It was regarding a negative experience from Christina who works there as a front desk "customer service" person. I called and spoke with the manager. She was extremely pleasant and understanding and took the necessary steps to provide me with the proper service a client deserves at any establishment. Thank you

The worst place ever! Especially dr.CARDITO - he was very rude and disrespectful! I've never been treated this horribly in my life! He spent with me 2 mins and just walk out in the middle of the conversation.
