Janice was by one of the best people I had the chance to talk to be a patient of and just get to experience. The appointment was smooth from check in to check out. Everyone in the office was professional and help me with any questions or concerns I had. And again Janice handled my teeth with the upmost professional care. Her attention to detail and overall caring about my teeth and their health made me feel welcome and made this by far the best dentist experience I had had.

I used to go here but they recently sold the practice to this new company that feels sketchy. No dentist on site, your have to download their app to video call the dentist, and the hygienist is the one who does your inspection. They'll try to push deep cleaning on you after your regular cleaning with some bs about gum infections and periodontal disease. Went to another place for a second opinion with an actual dentist and they didn't mention it at all. Just trying to squeeze more money from you.

Looks like someone else took over and I, like almost everyone else, need to change my 5 star review down to 1 For new ownership, here's the TLDR: Just do what Dr Ahmed did, or if you're too corporate just hire Dr Ahmed as your CEO!!! Below was the review for Dr Ahmed. ---------- These guys are, by far and away, the best dentists I have been to and that's no exaggeration!!! I came here after reading all the 5 star reviews, and having terrible experiences with the last 4 dentists I went to over the past 5 years. "Really, what dentist has so many 5 starts anyway, Mr Rogers." I thought to myself. Ever get the feeling when you go to a new dentist that they may be taking you for a ride, suggesting services you don't need, "finding" problems you didn't hear about before... Dr Ahmed is NOT like that at all. He listened to my horror stores about the past Dentists, saw a few things that should have been done better, scheduled time to fix them, and addressed the problem I came in for, which ended up being a leaking filling from years ago and didn't require a root canal like the last dentist said. He takes the time to explain what's going on, give you all your options, and lets you make the decision as to what to do next. No pressure, ever, just knowledge, professional advice based on his experience.

Wonderful, patient staff. I have a hard time with dental anxiety, and I had a good appointment today. I appreciate the dentist showing me what he was taking about on the images of my teeth- I understood what was going on

Went in for an exam and cleaning. First time with this dental clinic. I don't have insurance but felt as they weren't as expensive. For cleaning, X-rays and fluoride treatment was $280. Dental hygienist did really well cleaning my teeth. Meet with the dentist virtually since the clinic is just starting out. Staff was very helpful and professional.

We really miss Dr. Ahmed! I wish he did not give his practice up to this very sales oriented corporation. The entire visit with Dr. H dentistry was very unprofessional. I think it's unfair that the wonderful reviews that Dr. Ahmed has on Google and yelp, will be used by this horrible profit oriented unethical practice. This new group decided to have a virtual dentist visit with me. I had to download an app on my phone,which did not even work to do a video call with this dentist. When the dentist finally was able to video call with me on my very own phone, the dentist was unable to correctly do a screen share. I was later informed about a very costly treatment plan. I decided to have a second opinion from another dentist, and it turns out I don't need any of this costly dental work at all! Please avoid this place. Please go to a more honest practice. I highly recommend getting second opinions when it comes to dentistry, seems like lots of people are in this field for money. I am really frustrated that Dr. Ahmed is no longer here, this new group is incredibly unethical. Save your money and time and you can get better care from a better dentist.

Great first experience with this office! They are experienced with implants and had good Covid precautions in place. They were on time and able to get me in for an emergency appointment on pretty short notice. I look forward to future visits.

I have seen many dentists in my lifetime but Dr. Ahmed and his staff are very professional and kind. I've been seeing him for the past two years for general dentistry and dental implant and I don't have enough good words to say about him. He's a great person who really cares about his patient's wellbeing. If you're looking for a general dentist or someone to do implants I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed and his staff. Thank you!

I've been going to the same dentist since I was a little kid and I was very nervous to change dentists. Dr. Ahmed's whole team was friendly, prompt, personable, and explained everything to me. They clearly understand the level of nervousness that comes with being at the dentist. I will be very happy to continue going there from now on. :)

Office is getting 2 stars because my initial visits and communication with Dr. Ahmed went well. Even when I expressed to Dr. Ahmed the lack of follow-up and having to reach out to another dental office with my concerns after dental work performed by him, he understood why I would be frustrated and doubtful of his office and offered an apology. So for that 2 stars. But the level of unprofessionalism I recently received from the office representative, witnessed by others, when attempting to ask why they aren't responding to my insurance companies claims, is unacceptable. Not sure why this dental office is not responding to my insurance company, but it could be the same level of unprofessionalism of follow-up they have after dental care in their space. I have attempted to reach Dr. Ahmed but all communication goes through the representative that lacks professionalism. Waiting for them to respond to my insurance company and provide clear accounts of services rendered in/at their space, what I paid out of pocket and what the insurance company is waiting to pay.

I can't say enough good things about this dental office. I have been treated by both Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Louie and they are both amazing. It is clear that dentistry is their passion and patient comfort, satisfaction, and dental health is their top priority. Very pleased.
