Ive been going here for 4 years. I'm done. Amber, the receptionist, never follows up. I had a filling that popped out. I brought this up with Dr. Robles at my last check up. He said they would take care of it becuase it was within the 2 years. When I explained this to Amber, she said I would have to pay, but she would talk to Dr. Robles about it and get back to me. She never did. Now they want to charge me because they said they filled it over 2 years ago. In addition to that, they tell me I have 6 cavities that need to be filled. On my last check up, they told me I had 2. They are either incompetent or they are trying to create issues to make money. You decide.

I broke an old gold crown on Saturday nite dining on Chinese food. MooShu pork to be exact. I called the Oaks Dental Group at 8 am on Monday morning, and they told me they could see me right away. I was in the chair by 8:40. They painlessly gave me a temporary crown, with my permanent one to be installed in two weeks. They accepted my Delta Dental Insurance. My wife didn't want my old gold tooth for her charm bracelet, so I took it to the pawn shop and received $55 for it! Who knew...?

Had a horrible experience: They have a reasonable policy of having to be seen by the dentist before a cleaning. Made my appointment for a Thursday at 3pm and was kept waiting for almost 2 HOURS. They asked if I could come back the following day at 12noon, which I agreed. Next day I waited another HOUR before the dental hygienist took pity on me and cleaned my teeth, trying to buy the doctor more time. When the cleaning was over I waited another 30 min for the doctor and gave up and just left. Summary- two appointments, waited 3.5 hours, never saw the dentist. Front desk staff was rude and short tempered. Hygienist was friendly and apologetic. My suggestion is find another dental group that doesn't overbook and has friendlier front desk staff.

The whole staff was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. It was by far the best dentist office I've visited from monterey county to San Luis Obispo

Friendly and polite staff. And very safe, following all safety procedures to prevent the spread of covid-19 as much as possible. :) overall a great and safe experience.

I came in with out an appointment with severe tooth pain. Although they were busy they took me right in and fixed the problem. Very professional.

Great experience every time. Staff is friendly and competent. I Found these guys on Yelp when I had to switch dentists due to change in insurance. they had 5 stars. I feel they have earned them.

I enjoyed my visit, wasn't thinking it would go so well but I really liked the Dr and all the staff were so friendly and nice , I will be getting all my dental stuff done here . Thanks to all the staff

Got a short notice appt. Dr was ready to fix the problem same day. I hadn't planned on staying that long, so I had to reschedule and got an appt for the next week. Given Covid issues, I appreciate the speedy responses and appts..
