Always have good service from hygienist when having a cleaning. Dr. Bonesteel is a great doctor, caring and thorough. Facility is modern, clean and all staff is friendly. Highly recommend Oakridge Dental Care to friends and family.

I am beyond pleased with the excellent care I have received recently at Oakridge Dental Care, I simply can't say how thankful I'm to Dr Bonesteel and his hygienist, Emily, for going the extra mile to make sure that I felt at ease and comfortable during my first visit with them recently; Emily was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, Dr Bonesteel provided great dental advice; they genuinely cared about me as a patient! Comfortable-great atmosphere.

My first visits were June and July of 2020. I went because my previous dentist was not in network. The woman dentist I got made me come back three times for a total of 6.5 hours in the chair with my mouth open on a root canal which she never did get to where she was supposed to within the roots. When I came back to get the crown, I had made my mind up to make complaint to Dr. Bonesteel. It turns out he did the crown and she was never seen again. So in August of 2020 there was a resin-three surfaces anterior filling on tooth 26 for $110 Then in February of 2021 ditto on tooth 27. Then in April 2022, ditto again on tooth 27, $110. While flossing in July of 2022, the filling came out. So today I'm told, no, this is tooth 26 and for ditto it's $302! Now these two teeth overlap each other, and the dentist's words were the whole area is "just a ball of plastic" and this time he will try "rebond." I left and will not return. I still had to pay $40 for an x-ray and "limited" visit. I have yet to receive the x-ray copy I requested and they said they would email...

You lost a patient. I waited over 8 months for an appointment because I finally found a dentist that made me comfortable. I get a text and an email yesterday confirming my appointment for Thursday and then this morning I get a call to reschedule. Being told if I can not work around changing it to 2:30 that afternoon which I can't because I have a job and I arranged my schedule for an appointment I made 8 months ago, I will have to wait until October. That is the worst patient relations I have ever encountered.

Welcoming front desk checking you in for your appointment and the back area also great and accommodate you to feel relaxed and well taken care of get you ready for the Dentist himself great knowledgeable and helpful .Great place been a patient there 5 to 7 years now and will continue to do so.
