I was able to get in same day for a dental emergency. Everyone who works in the front office is a gem, they're so kind and timely. The dental assistants were so kind and compassionate as well. Great communication skills. I anticipated spending hundreds more than the final cost, thanks to the dentist and his honest character. I feel like this says a lot about him as a person and that really won me over. That paired with great customer service and compassion, this is my new dentist! He should be yours too:)

Amazing, The staff are so friendly and helpful! Love love the service ! I'm glad I made this pick ! I normally have WCS but he wass amazing! Definitely my personal dentist now !! My appointment was at 3pm I got my teeth removed by 3:10pm no pain !

Great office. They explain in detail before doing any procedure which helps with my anxiety and everyone is really polite

My husband and I absolutely love Dr. Aebli! We followed him from his old office in Kissimmee over to this new office in Sanford, he is well worth the drive. This was my first time in his new office and I absolutely loved his receptionist and technician. Both ladies made me feel super comfortable and I am looking forward to my procedure with him next week. I have recommended Dr. Aebli for years and will continue to do so :-)

I've been coming here for 2 years now I referred by a friend and now I'm recommending people to come here.They are very friendly and reasonable they also give you different payment options to help you. The work that is done between Dr. Aebli and my hygienists Susan is 5 star all day long.

Quick to want to take money and waste time ! Sent over documents for my braces and even brought them in person . I work a 9-5 just like this office and don't need my time wasted ! Steady trying to do everything else's but what the heck I needed done ! Wouldn't recommend a dog to go . How you work at a office and not comprehend what the paper is saying I need done ! A Clarence !! Or if the doctor felt I needed teeth pulled before getting braces then refer me ! Don't tell me what plan you think is best for me when you can't tell me what I came for !

I am the biggest scaredy-cat when it comes to dentist!!!! Not anymore. I have never been more impressed than I am with Oakport dentist!! Not only is the staff excellent and professional but Dr. Craig has the most gentle hand in the world. This place is a must go!!!! I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me and my family. 5 is just not enough.

First time crying at the dentist because of my nerves, and the staff didn't seem to care much. One of the assistants asked if I was nervous, I nodded and she didn't say anything, just stood there for a bit and then left. The dentist made me feel guilty and judged by leading with how even though I don't like going, I need to go to the dentist more often if I didn't want problems for the rest of my life (gee, wonder why I don't like to go). While I of course appreciate the honesty and truth of that, the delivery made me feel very judged and reprimanded. The procedure itself was very quick, but I had pain and in spite of me making noises and wincing, the dentist didn't react at all. Absolutely no reassurance from the staff at any point before or during the procedure. Though I appreciated the work being done quickly I overall felt unwelcome and uncared for and will be finding another dentist that treats their patients with a little more love next to the chair.

They are wonderful. Adrienne at the front desk has been so helpful. I had a tooth break and they were able to get me in right away. Felt welcome and in a clean professional environment. My tooth was fixed and the dentist explained everything, I felt comfortable. Made an appt for a new patient appointment. They were great!

Reviews are correct. Great dentist and entire dental staff. Susan did fabulous cleaning as well. Top notch experience.
