At Oakmont Dental Associates we are pleased to have over a dozen dentists who have chosen Dr. Don Stoner and Dr. Dan Stoner to provide their dental care. More than a dozen other patients have relatives who are dentists who do not live nearby, provide only specialty care, or are retired. We are privileged to provide their dental care and pleased that they recognize the quality and value of our care.
Patients have traveled great distances from other countries and states to have Dr. Don Stoner and Dr. Dan Stoner provide their dental care. In addition to Canada, England, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Jerusalem, Palestine, Djibouti, and Venezuela, we have five families who travel regularly from various parts of China to our office in Oakmont for their dental care. If we have missed your country, please let us know. We always welcome new patients referred by other dentists and our current patients. It is the greatest compliment you can give us. The following outline summarizes the results of a survey we did asking 'Why do you refer your friends and family to our office?' The information in italics was compiled by our staff while discussing the responses to the survey.
Dr. Don, Dr. Dan and our staff love dentistry and wish we could provide dental care for everyone. We recognize that there is not enough time to treat everyone. We also recognize that while nearly everyone can afford the quality of care we provide, not everyone values. We regularly provide care for patients who live in other states and countries. Patients have traveled from France, Spain, Israel, and China to receive care in our office.
It is unfortunate that most insurance companies do not value quality care putting cost. We will never compromise the quality of our care for any reason. We are pleased so many people recognize the value of our care and consider quality dental care important enough to allow us the privilege of serving them.
Everyone must choose what is right for their situation. It is hard to enjoy living without good health, and that includes good dental health. We hope you will join the many satisfied patients who receive their dental care at Oakmont Dental Associates.

Dr. Daniel Stoner and his staff are at the top of their game. You could not ask for a more professional and kinder team. Upon entry you are greeted with smiles and well wishes. My appointment time was 11:00 and by 11:01 I was already being worked on by the Rachel, the Dental Assistant. Dr. Stoner made a point to check in with me numerous times during my cleaning. As soon as Rachel completed her time with me, I immediately had one on one time with Dr. Stoner for a complete review of my dental history. I'd like to thank everybody at Oakmont Dental Associates for this wonderful experience!

If going to the dentist can be a pleasant experience then this was just that. Dr. Dan and his staff made my experience quick and comfortable. I personally had wisdoms removed and dreaded having it done for some time. Had I known how easy Dr. Dan would make the experience I would have done it sooner! Thanks Dr. Dan!

It was the second week into this pandemic and dentist could see emergencies only. Dr. Dan saw me within 3 hours. He was very pleasant, was able to work with me just by himself. I was out of the office within 1Hour. I 1000% recommend Dr. Dan.

I have been a patient of Daniel M. Stoner, D.M.D. of Oakmont Dental Associates since 2011. In a world where excellent customer service is rarely practiced anywhere anymore, when someone goes above and beyond for me, it should be acknowledged. This afternoon, Dr. Stoner once again exceeded my expectations. He quickly resolved an issue regarding an acrylic custom occlusal guard (night guard) that he fabricated and fitted for me to my absolute satisfaction. His genuine concern for my well-being and satisfaction with any service or product is obvious during every appointment. In the past, Dr. Stoner came in to his office on July 4th to treat a family member's emergency. Unbelievably, he even made a house call -- yes, I said a house call -- to attend to a bedridden family member. Who does that anymore? Dr. Stoner not only uses state-of-the-art equipment to identify problems, but patiently explains my treatment options in terms that I can comprehend to make an informed decision. The pride he takes in his work is clearly reflected in the way he stands behind his work. I am appreciative and grateful for all that he and his outstanding staff does, and the way they do it. Highly recommended.

A broken tooth brought me to Dr. Stoners office for the first time this past week. The dentist office is my least favorite place to visit! I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by his friendly and attentive receptionist and assistant. My tooth was fixed fast and without the pain or anxiety I normally encounter at the dentist. I really couldn't have asked for a better first experience with Dr. Stoner. He was knowledgeable, professional and portrayed exceptional patient /dr etiquette. Coming from a RN that deals with many different drs on a daily basis I wish they all could be as friendly and warm as him. I will be returning soon for my cleaning and checkup!

I've been going to Dr. Daniel Stoner for years and cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. He's very friendly and kind, and automatically puts you at ease. My 5 year old was reluctant to have her teeth cleaned, but Dr. Stoner did an awesome just calming her down and explaining all the details of the procedure. His staff is great as well...I would highly recommend Oakmont Dental Associates for adults or children.

I have been seeing Dr. Stoner and his saff for 5 plus years. Each time has left me completely satisfied! Dr. Stoner and his staff create a comforting and friendly atmosphere. I've always hated going to the dentist, but he has taken my fear away. I've never left with pain no matter what I had done. I highly recommend him!

Not only is Dr.Stoner awesome, his entire staff is!!!! Everytime I leave there is always a pleasant visit. Even though it's just about an hour each way travel, I will always make the drive. I would recommend EVERYONE to give him a try, you won't be disappointed in anyway!

We are out of towners and were traveling thanksgiving weekend and had an emergency with my daughter. Dr. Stoner was highly recommended by my family. We called an after hours line and received a return call within 5 minutes. Dr. Stoner met us 15 minutes later at his office and did a 5 minute fix for my daughter. He was the most kind and professional man. We are forever grateful for him taking time away from his family for us. So much appreciated... Thank you so much!

Dr. Stoner is one of the friendliest dentist I have ever visited - each time I go, he is personable and makes me feel very comfortable with the procedure being done. The first time I went here, they saved my tooth and stopped the unbearable pain I had for over six months since then I have been a loyal patient who has always been happy. My whole family now sees Dr. Stoner and they could not be happier to have found such a wonderful dentist.

The day i was assigned to Daniel Stoner was the day i signed a deal with the devil. This man destroyed my life and everything ive worked for in a matter of 30 min. Im 33years old and have no teeth at the top of my mouth because he thought it would be a great idea to pull my remaining teeth knowing I'd never have a denture fit properly without a surgery called alveoplasty. Its been 2 months now and still have no teeth. I have lost my job due to missing work because i refuse to leave the house with no teeth. I have become severely depressed. What this sorry excuse for a dentist did to me is horrible. He took my money convinced me it was my only option and left me hanging with no teeth after realizing he messed my mouth all up. Now he continues to live his life and im living a nightmare because of his greed. He didnt care the affects this would have on me. He just wanted the money. Ive been to several dentist since him who dont understand why he would have suggested a 33yr old woman have her only remaining teeth pulled . I went from a happy loving successful wife to a severely depressed unemployed woman in a matter of 2 months because of this man. He needs to be held accountable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope and pray he doesn't do this to another person. He destroyed my life and could care less. Im going to legally make sure he pays for what hes done. If i could give 0stars i would. He treated me like an poor uneducated black person which he had wrong. I HATE this man for what he has done to me. So no i would not suggest anyone go see him!!!!!!!
