I been going to this dentist office for 13 years the last few visits my experience was horrible I love this place and the people that work here but the Receptionist CHRISA is absolutely horrible not only to me to others as well she was very rude and disrespectful if you don't like ur job CHRISA FIND ANOTHER ONE...

We have gone here for over a decade. Krisa the receptionist is incredible unprofessional and rude, as well as Donna. Several clients are being billed incorrectly, from insurance maximums being met, due to them putting the incorrect codes in. Go to a different practice!

Reception is extremely rude and I am beginning to feel they suggest treatments that are not necessary. One by one our family members have left the practice. Donna was extremely disrespectful to my daughter recently, so there goes another family member...Too many great Dentists out there to settle for a practice that isn't respectful or professional.

I have been a patient there for many years. I like the evening hours. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended

My whole family has been going to this dentist for YEARS. Until today. Spoke with "Donna" extremely unprofessional. Threatening me with attorneys etc until I make payment because they decided to schedule me for a cleaning even though my insurance maximum has been met. Sorry but shouldn't a dentist office know that and have alerted me before my appointment that my maximum has been met? No! Of course not. Because they're money hungry. Giving me BS dental services that probably weren't even needed just to make a quick buck. Now I have to make payment "ASAP" or they'll take me to court. Funny I've never missed an appointment or a payment and their first action is to threaten me. All set with this place. All they're after is money. Not to mention they've been sending the bill to the wrong address for a month. How about call me and ask for an updated address? All for a measly $70.

I've had a terrible dentist in the past but this place made me feel welcome and helped me. Couldn't have asked for anything better Edited: they don't take my insurance anymore and I haven't had a dentist in over a year but they're still good lol

I have been a patient @ Oaklawn Family Dental for many years along with my husband, my daughter & my mother also goes there. My daughter had 2 small fillings done & they asked her if she wanted the silver or white, the white ones u have to pay a portion out of pocket so my daughter told them to do the silver because they were in the back & u would not be able to see them. Dr. Edward Kaiser took it upon himself & decided to use the white because it would be too much drilling if he used the silver fillings, so because of this decision my daughter had to pay $202 of which $100 has been paid to date. I just received a letter stating they sent the remaining $102 to Rossi Law for collections & she can no longer go to Oaklawn Family Dentist. I think Dr. Kaiser is incompetent he did not listen to my daughter when she told him she wanted the silver fillings. Because of the Dr.s decision she can't go there anymore. She has made an effort to pay even though she's not working & I feel like she should be able to pay it in her own time considering it wasn't her fault. After all these years this is how we get treated. I do not recommend Oaklawn Family Dental all they care about is the $$. It's time for me & my family to find a new dentist.

The BEST dentistry EVER! If you are TERRIFIED of dentists and sharp tools (like me) then this is THE place to go! I had local anesthesia and a Wisdom tooth pulled out and I did NOT feel anything. They are all lovely, caring and VERY understanding. Their hands are BLESSED! Today 10/24/19 I'm also adding that I just left their facility and they are AMAZING! They actually talk TO you and not at you like other places. They treat you with so much respect and they ALL have genuine kindness to all of their patients. I would give them a higher rating if I could

Dr. Shahbazian is a very kind, honest and understanding dentist. I have never left there in pain or unhappy. The receptionist always got me in ASAP whenever I was in pain and I appreciate that very much because other dentist I have had could care less if I had a tooth ache and would make me wait a month or more for a appt. Highly recommended !!

I love it here me and my husband have been going here for a very long time and i highly reccomend it. Dr.shabazian is a amazing dentist and the staff are just as amazing.very clean dentist office and extremely friendly.

Ever since I have gone to this office I have had constant discomfort. There has not been one visit I haven't been told that I have yet another cavity and need another filling. My teeth feel perfectly fine until the dentist "fixes" my "cavity". I will soon be getting my records from this office and moving on to a place where I feel confident and comfortable when I leave.
