Dr. Rahman or Dr. Mo as many of his patients like to call him, cares for his patients like they are family. He combines his expertise with a personalized touch for each patient. His philosophy is not to just focus on the importance of a healthy, beautiful and functional smile, but also a comfortable, painless approach in reaching your dental goals.
Laura Koonjy, RDH, has been an integral part of our team, working with Dr. Skolnick for over 37 years. Sparkling, healthy teeth and gums are the result of her thorough but gentle care of our patients regardless of age. In addition to her amazing hygiene skills, she is also our office manager.
Kathy has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She in assists our doctors in treatment rooms, making sure all our instruments are properly cared for, alleviating patient concerns, replacing supplies and creating an efficient office experience

I started here when the practice took over when my last dentist retired. I am so glad I decided to stay rather than look for someone new. The doc is gentle, professional, quick and very friendly. The place is super clean. And Laura, the hygienist (who was there while it was owned by the previous dentist) is THE BEST !!

Laura has been my hygienist for years and is wonderful. Always friendly and professional. Dr. Rahman is amazing. So kind, gentle, and the work he did was pain free. He explained everything clearly. He then called me in the evening to see how I was doing. Highly recommend.

I came to dental premier because I had a wisdom tooth issue and the place was great! They fit me in to diagnose the issue and then did the wisdom tooth extraction 48 hours after. The place and dentist were so helpful and kind I am now going to go back for a full exam and start all my dental work there! Thanks for being so kind and accommodating!!!

Love Dr. Mo! I met him in another office where he did my veneers and 2 implants. Hard to find a dentist you can trust (I've had traumatizing experiences in the past). Dr. Mo explains things in a way you can understand and it's obvious that he's passionate about what he does. He is super talented and down to earth. I will gladly drive to see him at his new office!

Dr. Skolnick has been my dentist for many years. She and her staff particularly, Laura, Dental Hygienist provide quality care. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk you, always make me feel very comfortable and genuinely care. The office is always impeccably clean. This is the best dental practice I have ever been too! Dr. Rahman makes you feel so comfortable and he truly cares about his patients. He always gives great advice and provides you with options. If I could give Dr. Rahman and his office 10 stars, I would. Thank you Dr.Rahman for always talking me through procedures and for making uncomfortable procedures bearable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist!

I have been a patient at Oakland Premier Dental for a little while now. The entire staff are wonderful - you really can't get better care. I've always been "afraid" of the dentist - but Dr. Mo and the team are so gentle. They actually take the time to LISTEN to you problems, and explain what's going on in your mouth. Whether it's my regular cleanings, or that one time I needed emergency work, they were there for me. I'm grateful, and a forever-patient. (Sorry guys, guess you're stuck with me :P)

I'm a new patient of Dr. Mo's and I'm so glad I found him( I traveled from NYC just to see him)! I've been looking for a new dentist for a year and I was relieved to come to his office. The staff was very courteous and when I was seen by Dr Mo he listened to my concerns. It's so hard to find an attentive doctor who listens and does his job well!

As a person who is somewhat paranoid of dentists, this place was very good with patients and how well they treated me. Would recommend them they are very good and knowledgeable with their professions. Already scheduled my next appointment.
