Brad Lewis, DMD is a general, cosmetic and restorative dentist. Originally from the Chicago area, he has lived in Florida since 1971. Dr. Lewis completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University and thereafter graduated University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1984.
He's a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the South Florida District Dental Association. He is well known for hiscalming demeanor, gentletouch and sense of humor which gives each patient a positive dental experience.
Dr. Lewisperforms a variety of dental services, including dental fillings, implants, Invisalign clear braces, and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers. Dr. Lewisand histeam work hard to ensure all patients feel at ease and have the best dental experience possible.

I just scheduled my first appointment ! And I'm excited . The reception is so professional , kind and informative . Unfortunately I wasn't able to get her name but she is so great & it's crystal clear that's she's an asset to this office .

I went today with my dad (Rony Nelson). Those people are really nice and quick. The doctor is a man of few words. Oh yeah, and here's my review lady at the front desk. :p

Dr Brad Lewis is the best Cosmetic Dentist I've been to since I worked for a great Dentist in Manhattan, New York back in 1990. Injections on the Maxillary (Upper top teeth area) are the most painful because of the sinuses; however, I really felt minimal to almost no pain. The composite fillings on my 6 front teeth area, especially the Centrals (2 front teeth) was amazing. He saved me from having crowns. His professionalism, honesty, easy demeanor and that of his staff, Annie, Sue, Stephanie and Melissa was & is outstanding!!! Giving them a 5 is just too small of a number. They're a 10!!!!!

Extremely grateful for the staff at Oakland Park Family Dentistry! No one likes going to the dentist, however, they made me feel comfortable and confident. The staff treated me like family. And then there is Florence, the hygienist, she is warm, friendly, funny, thoughtful, thorough, etc. She took the time out to actually explain the in and outside and what I need to do to start and stay on the right path of a healthy mouth.

This is the best dentist i ever had. Staff and doctor are amazing, caring, careful and informative. Offoce is really nice, clean. You walk in and they treat you like family. Always been scared of dentists, not anymore. Thank you guys, cant wait to go back .

Like many people, going to the dentist is not my favorite pastime. However, it was time so I turned to Google review to find one near me. The 5 stars and all the positive comments I read helped me make my decision. From the first phone call to make an appointment I was warmly greeted by Sue who was able to fit me in on the one day I had off. The place is warm and inviting and it was probably the best dental experience I've ever had. The assistant, Del was friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Rezvani was awesome. She actually did my teeth cleaning herself. I have found my dental home. You guys are the BEST!
