Dahab Gaime, DDS, is an enterprising and compassionate dentist who puts bright smiles on the faces of the Oakland, California community at Oakland City Dental. Dr. Gaime believes in providing her patients with the best care available, and to that end, she is committed to continuing her education and training. Shes frequently enrolled in continuing education classes and is aware of advances in the field of dental surgery. Her appetite for knowledge has given her extraordinary experience in a number of different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canals.

Ms. Nguyen was born in Vietnam and moved to California in 1994. Her patients and the Oakland City staff know her as Trang. Having graduated from Alameda College class of 2003 with a certificate in dental assisting, Ms. Nguyen received her Registered Dental Assistant License in the same year. Ms. Nguyen has 18years of dental experience and loves all aspects of dentistry. Aside from her dental education and experience, Ms. Nguyen has built close and intimate relationship with her patients. She not only has the ability to comfort patients but to clearly explain what is going on during a dental treatment.
At the Oakland City Dental, we understand that dental care is different from what it was ten, 20, even 50 years ago, and we strive to provide relevant treatment options for your familys needs and lifestyle. Dr. Gaime, Dr. Woldeselassie, and our staff have years of experience working in dentistry and working together as a team at this practice. We all love what we do.
We are proud of our office, which fully utilizes state-of-the-art equipment. We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water), which removes any chance of contamination from regular tap water that is used in most dental offices.
We work extra hard to make sure you always feel welcome, comfortable, and happy with the treatments you receive. Our dental team truly respects your time and well-being, and we want you to enjoy each moment of your experience at our practice.

Once again another great visit with the Dentist. I have gone to Oakland City Dental for years. The staff is excellent and courteous. My teeth are in great health under Dr. Gaime's care!!!

I just left my first appointment with Oakland City Dental. Everyone was friendly and professional. After reviewing my X-Rays and examining my teeth/mouth, she let me know anything that stood out as a concern. She inquired about any concerns I had and gave me recommendations based on what she saw and what my concerns were. I felt valued and that she wasn't just trying to have things done to make money off of me. I was looking for a dental office that I could be at for a long time and call family. One that I could start taking my son to in two years. I think I've found my dental family.

I haven't seen Dr. Gaime in over a year due to medical problems. She was very patient with me and did a great job giving me a routine cleaning as well as exam for possible future work. I'm going back next week and looking forward to the treatment!

I've been going here for a few years now, with a number of dental issues , and find the staff friendly helpful and generally accommodating. My dental situation has gotten better with their help. I would definately recommend.

I was very nervous about going to the dentist because of the times. When I arrived the Assistant was very professional Using safeguards .Doctor came in and went through this long protocol On safety there was also numerous Safeguards in in the office I do appreciate their consciousness on being safe.
