Dr Calvert is an exceptional endodontist. He not only listens, offers multiple options, and explains various procedures clearly, but he treats his staff with incredible respect and kindness. To top it off, he even made sure that he gave after-care instructions AFTER he knew what my primary dentist had advised to ensure he was not giving contradicting guidance. Everybody on staff is cheerful, friendly, and appear to be happily working at this office (which is a radical thing in the dental field!). Sydney felt comfortable enough to hand over a difficult procedure to a co-worker which lets you know they always care most about your comfort and the best results. I cannot recommend this office enough. They are truly exceptional.

Dr Calvert, Sydney, and Ana made me feel like root canals get an unfairly bad rap. It really wasnt that bad - or at least not any worse than getting a cavity filled. Dr Calvert carefully explained the whole process, gave me updates as he was treating me, and regularly checked in to make sure I was ok. I really appreciate him and his team.

Courteous, thorough, kind and skilled is how I would describe Dr Calvert and Sonia when they performed a root canal on me. I would not hesitate to recommend them both to anyone needing a root canal.

I went from feeling so incredibly nervous and worried to the comfort of a clearly highly qualified, courteous and supportive experience. Thank you so much too all members of the practice! I was in the office last week for my most recent root canal. I was very impressed with the professionalism and speed with which Dr. Nabipour and Sonia completed the procedure. Three roots and with prep and x-rays, it took just under an hour, comfortable and pain-free. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do I'm definitely coming back. (C. Lemaire)

I've seen Dr. Calvert at this practice a handful of times and have always been pleased. He is very personable and is thorough in explaining everything about the procedures and answering my questions. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. I definitely recommend him.

From the welcoming front desk with Merlotte and having all the answers to Sandra, their dental assistant who was so warm and personable, I cannot say enough about Oakland Alameda Endodontics on Summit St! If there's ever a time when you need to have your nerves calmed by true professionals who really know what they are doing and also handle you with the friendliness as if you were chatting with a friend, it's when you go to the dentist! I haven't even started about Dr. Uses Nabipour! Him and Sandra worked together as an amazingly thoughtful team, constantly checking on me, making jokes and the thorough skills that Dr. Nabipour brings with his 20 + years of experience! Sandra's was personable and quite lovely by sharing with me that she is a mother and fiancee but only when I prompted her with questions. The facility was spic and span, modern yet not cold at all. My time there was quick and effective. No pain, no swelling, no sweat! I would HIGHLY recommend Oakland Alameda Endodontics and their team for any of your root canal needs! I would give them 10 stars if I could! it's too bad they only do root canals because unfortunately I plan to never see them again!

I was so nervous when I first met Dr. Calvert. Dr. Calvert and his team are very professional. His staff are courteous and timely. Dr. Calvert was very patient and thorough with me on both of my visits to his office. He explained my specific procedure in a manner that I could understand. What a "bedside" manner too. He was very gentle when he administered the dreaded shots to my mouth. He continued to keep me informed and checked on my comfort level throughout the process. The procedure was a success and I would have hugged him and his dental assistant if it were safe (COVID 19). I would recommend Dr. Calvert to any of my friends or associates if they needed endodontic care.

Dr. Nabipour and Sonia were fantastic. No one looks forward to a root canal, but the entire process from scheduling to consultation and the procedure were handled with care and gentleness. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr Calvert and Tiffany were very professional and were able to perform a root canal with a last minute appointment. I'm so glad I ended up going here, it was a huge relief. Dr Calvert is top notch when it comes to communicating what to expect and what will be performed. Highly recommended! -Amir

Dr. Nabipour and his team were very skilled and the procedure went smoothly. My options, including those not brought up by my primary dentist, were fully explained during the evaluation appointment. I never felt judged for my poor dental health or that my concerns were dismissed. Would recommend better brushing, but failing that, Dr. Nabipour.

Dr. Nabipour is very understanding and kind, and treats every patient with care and concern. The staff and service was great and everyone was so friendly and kind. If you are looking for an endodontics office to go to, I highly recommend Oakland-Alameda Endodontics.

Doing a Root Canal is not a fun experience by any stretch of imagination but what you need is an expert who makes you feel at ease and gets the job done with efficienncy and speed. That is Dr. Nabipour. The office people, the assisstants are also as best as you can wish to see. This one was my second tooth with them since the first in 2013. Highly recommend him. I have done this with two other Dentists and he is the best.

I have been twice to Oakland -Alameda Endodontics and both times, in contrast to my initial trepidation, were soothing and spa-like. First of all there is parking, secondly the offices and restrooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with photographs from the deep sea adventures of one of the partners. Of course the most important part is the expertise of the doctors and assistants. I had a complex and tricky situation which was handled with calm and mastery, and was essentially pain-free. I am very impressed and I heartily recommend Oakland-Alameda Endodontics!
