Absolutely great experience and thorough examination. Recommend Dr. Ali to all family members! Missed a routine checkup but Dr. Ali & staff very accommodating and got me in. Professional service as always.

I been going here for years and when I just spoke to Adriana who answers the phone she straight out just said you have a attitude every time you call without me even giving her my name. Say I am wrong but that's already bad customer service. I was frustrated with their ability and I know it's due to Covid-19 but I was trying to get my thoughts together because I am in pain and need to get things done. I work a 8-5 job so you can of course tell why I was frustrated with them only being available Monday and Friday during that time. I asked to speak to someone and she said I'm the only one here. I will be coming in for my dental records and going elsewhere. Update. I made an appointment with at a new dentist office and requested they call this place for my dental records and the young lady let me know she call for days and no one ever return her calls.

Was so nervous to find a new dentist. I loved my old one so much I was traveling over 1,000 miles to keep seeing them--but I am glad I found this office! Ariana and Dr. Grotz were both so friendly, communicative, and helpful from making the appointments, using my insurance, and understanding my treatment options. They took COVID-19 precautions including wearing their masks (correctly and the entire time!), taking my temperature when I arrived, and having patients and themselves wash their hands. I will be back and I definitely recommend them.

Very friendly dentist who keeps you informed of what he is doing. He makes sure you are comfortable throughout the whole process.

I went for a check up and was told I had multiple cavities. I visited another dentist and he said my teeth are totally fine. So the dentist here wanted to do unnecessary fillings, maybe over preventative. If you're into that then that's fine but I don't like to get any medical procedure done unless necessary so I didn't like that. Also during cleaning I was charged for a part of it that I was told beforehand my insurance didn't cover. Then a month later I saw that my insurance was billed for it and partially covered the cost. I contacted them for a refund on the amount I paid and never heard back.

Professional, but friendly, staff. Feel very comfortable coming here, which is not something I can say about a lot of Dentist offices I've been to. Definitely recommended.

My experience here was phenomenal. The staff and dentists are highly skilled and friendly. I am always comfortable getting a tooth cleaning and checkup at Oak Grove. My highest recommendation lies here.

This was my first visit to Oak Grove Family Dental. Dr Grotz was incredible. He took his time to explain everything that he was doing. He was also very personable. The front desk staff was great, as well.

Absolutely loved everything about my first visit to this practice. Dr. Grotz was amazing and Arjana was so sweet and welcoming. Will definitely be a long term patient here unless we move away. Highly recommend!

My second visit was amazing, Arjana was great. She followed up 1 month prior to the appointment along with the day before. Very professional and friendly. DR Grotz is amazing as well, very professional and I like how he talks through the process with a very detailed explanation once finished. I highly recommend this office.
