TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE RECEPTIONIST ATTEMPTING TO RESCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT I MADE BACK IN JANUARY. SIX DAYS PRIOR TO MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THEN "THEY" TRIED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT FOR JULY... 60 DAYS LATER. "LAUREN" PLEASE REPRESENT THAT PRACTICE BETTER THAN HOW YOU DID YELLING OVER THE PHONE TELLING ME "YOU CAN GOT SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DONT LIKE IT". "YOUR DISMISSED" BEFORE DISCONNECTING THE CALL... ACT YOUR WAGE SUM ADVISED FROM A BOSS - THAT RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE YOUR OFFICE BROUGHT TO THE TABLE. SPEAK WITH PEOPLE RESPECTFULLY. BASED OFF YOUR POOR REPRESENTATION AND THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I'LL TAKE YOUR ADVISE.

Just left an appointment where they just started injecting anesthetic without even confirming what procedure would be performed with me. Turns out they were not going to treat the tooth I had agreed to have treated.

This was the most painful cleaning I have ever experienced. It felt like the hygienist was attempting to cut my gums out of my mouth using not only the floss but also the metal instrument. The worst part was, she knew she was hurting me, probably because I involuntarily jumped every time she did it. She kept saying things like. "Yea, I know it hurts. You should floss more" I floss and brush every day. The dentist himself came in, and treated me like a slab of meat. He was in there for roughly 3 minutes. Never spoke to me about the x-rays. Never spoke to me about the concerns of cavity's that the hygienist spoke about to me. Never looked at me in the eyes. He simply came in, looked, as said "See you in 6 months". This is the only place in the area that accepts Medicaid patients. I think next time I will make a drive to go somewhere else. This was brutal experience, and not one I care to have again.

Janetta (hygienist) seemed so experienced, NOT heavy-handed whatsoever and she stayed focused. Overall, another very pleasant cleaning whether it's done with or without the polishing equipment. Thank you Janetta!!

They are very bad, one of these that give an appointment gave me a reference to 2 numbers in which they extracted a healthy tooth and my toothache is still there with a damaged tooth thanks to them I have one less tooth and the damage they did to me My gum and palate has been a horror experience that badly done surgery they did me in Wilson dental is there where they flock referrals the doctor is a man who is in a hurry he does not ask anything and does not review anything I wrote my experience because I do not want him Another patient went through this so hard and painful that you could not even swallow I have been mistreated worse than an animal please I do not recommend any of these dental call centers I am Hispanic I imagine that is why they believe that I have the right to receive a translator or I cannot claim a status rude disrespectful and wash hands with each other

Terrible experience. They told me that I had 10 cavities. Thank God that I went for a second opinion and I found out that I had none. Stay away from here at all costs!

horrible place to go. I would not recommend anyone to go here. They never inform you of anything until you get there. I spent 3 hours just trying to get a tooth pulled, i showed up to my 9:00 appt for them to ask if i premed and i didnt know what they were talking about. Then they tell me my dr said i had to premed an hour before i could have it done, so i had to drive all the way to my pharmacy and back just to have a tooth pulled. Now they call to reschedule my cleaning and i confirm my appt for fillings and get there for my fillings to find out that they called the day before i talked to them and confirmed my appointment to cancel it. This place has been nothing but a hassle in the last month. I will never be coming back.

I haven't even gone here yet. I am in the market for a dentist. However, I have been reading through the comments and found it funny. Either you love it or hate it, I think we can all agree, getting teeth drilled sucks and its gotta be very hard to get a good rating being a dentist. It like getting 5 stars for being able to accurately use torture devices. : )

I called back in June to be seen because I had two teeth that were bothering me and needed to be filled. My first appointment went fine they x-rayed the two teeth that were giving me trouble. Then informed me that they needed a medical release from my doctor. Which is fine. Once they received the medical release to work on me they never notified me. I called about when I could come in to get my two teeth filled They told me they didn't have any openings until the end of September. I said okay. I waited almost 3 months to get the teeth filled that was bothering me. My appointment finally comes and the dentist is not very friendly or personable. I just figured this is just his personality. He was ggentl while he worked on my mouth. When he was done he just leaves the room and his assistant asked me how my tooth felt. I said it still has a whole in it and she informed me that oh he didn't fill that one. I was instantly angry because I waited and suffered all this time and he fills the wrong tooth. She instantly told me he won't come back in to fill either and I have to make another appointment. Which is to be all the way in November. I am only giving 1 star because he was gentle and some of the front desk staff are pleasant. I did get the strong impression this is not the first time he has done this and that his staff are scared of him. I will not be returning.
