Dr. Penesis and his assistants made me feel at ease during the root canal. I liked that there was always a conversation going on, which was a great distraction for me.

This office staff is very unfriendly and LIED about multiple things. Michelle the office manager specifically lied to me on two occasions via phone. They lied about servers things but most specifically allowing me to sit with my child while he was sedated. While at the office I was treated horribly. I have serious caution towards people who don't allow adults to be with their children during medical visits, but even more with office staff who is rude, lies and basically hides your child in the back office. There are plenty of dentist in this area and I would choose an entire phone book before opting for services here. I can't even speak for the dentist because he couldn't be bothered to show his face to the PARENT. I am still waiting for medical record of my minor child because they refuse to give that to me. Didn't even give after care instructions. Read the other reviews. In between the way they treat women, mothers and children I would run not walk away from this place. The follow up phone call with Dr Pawluk spoke volumes to his character, he didn't respect me enough to waste him time speaking to me at the office.

Great experience with Dr. Penesis and Jen (I believe). They were friendly, informative and considerate. Also made my FIRST root canal painless, easy and quick. I know that chances are good I will have another one this year and I will defiantly be coming back here for that one. Bonus: They chatted with each other and other staff members while working on my mouth which was a welcomed distraction. I also appreciated it as I am someone who dislikes it when doctors working in your mouth try to hold a conversation (albeit mostly one sided) with you. It was like listening to a podcast!

4 stars because of billing. The staff was great and very friendly. The first time I was treated was for a root canal. It was easy and painless. Dr Mark P was great. I was told I was in network and actually wasn't. We figured it out. Fast forward a couple years and I needed to have the tooth retreated. I asked first to make sure I was in network and said I would even call insurance myself to make sure everything was covered. I was told it would all be covered. Time for the bill, turns out a cone scan/xray was NOT covered. Now had I known that I would've at least asked if there was another option. It was $175 out of pocket for me plus what my insurance didn't cover. I asked numerous times if things were covered. I was told yes. Adding again, I really did like the staff.

For all the tears I've cried, months of pain and money spent here I have nothing good to say about Dr Penesis. Shame on me for going back and believing in him. I should have listened to the countless people sitting in his waiting room that were also talked into coming back time and time again just so he can drain our pocket books. Always get a second opinion but don't EVER get one from this place

Dr. Palo was phenomenal. I had a root canal and felt nothing through the procedure and minimal soreness the next day. Amazing staff. Very professional.
