An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Stay away from this place, it is a complete con job!. I was referred there by my insurance company I went there and was told I needed a deep cleaning and the technician showed me a piece of paper that said if I didn't have insurance this procedure would cost $2,200 but since I had insurance it would only cost me $500, but she never mentioned that it was for the laser portion of the procedure, which I would have never had done had I known ahead of time.

The entire was amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient, and great personalities. Atmosphere is very welcoming. They don't try to sell you unnecessary services or products! I couldn't be more impressed.

Thank you All Janet Please don't hesitate to go to this wonderful place. Had cleaning and it was done with the most care . Fillings and it was a breeze. Just know they are the best. I know thank you is small but it's just fantastic.. Pretty teeth

My experience with smiles dentistry is always the best. The front desk is always nice and understandable, Bethany front desk manager always makes sure I have everything I need and is a lot of help, the staff is really nice. DR Julia Francois is amazing at what she does and has really helped me a lot and Dawn Murray is new, but my first visit with her she was really nice and funny. All my visits with the Hygienist here have made me feel more confident about myself. When I first showed up here I needed so much work done and everything was shocking and eye opening, for me it was a crisis, I really didn't know what to do, but smiles dentistry has taken everything step by step to restore my confidence and smile and health. I always look forward for every visit thanks to this amazing staff

This dentist office is probably the best dental experience I've ever encountered. From the friendly greeting, through the entire process. Dr. Kim is so VERY kind and gentle. Dawn-Marie, my hygienist was probably my best cleaning experience ever. I can't say enough good about Oak Ridge Smiles. Highly recommend this office!

Honestly, I hate the dentist office. BUT, the personnel at Oak Ridge Smiles Dentistry make coming to the dentist more enjoyable!!! The ladies at the front desk are awesome and super knowledgeable. The hygienist is thorough and very kind. Dr. Francois cracks me up!!!! Plus she is really good at numbing me up lol! I would definitely recommend.

This place and the ppl here are amazing. My teeth were terrible and I needed new ones but had no money for them they have helped me fix mine and get new ones .. they worked out payment plan with me and take insurance And now I'm so great full. If u are depressed and can't afford to get your teeth fixed go here

Wow! This team was AMAZING. They were very kind yo work with, quick and gave great advise! I also need my wisdom teeth removed and by the time I checked out they ALREADY had the paperwork ready. Super impressed with thw ENTIRE staff! Thank you all!!

I had a great experience here on April 29th. Went in for an evaluation and the staff is VERY nice and went above and beyond to make sure that I wasnt scared or uneasy about any dental work that I would need done. I am very satisfied with my visit and have another appointment for this month.

17 hours after injection, 13 after numbing went away, it still hurts to open my mouth fully. Upon examination, the injection site is swollen. This on top of the nightmare visit where Dr Sisson was rude and pushy. The rest of the staff are great, just the one bad egg. EDIT: You cannot just change appointments without asking first

My husband came here and I came with him because he had a bad experience at a previous dentist. Right away we were welcome so pleasantly by the girls up front. Taken back right away. And seen so quickly. The girls in the back were so sweet. Dawn did his cleaning and had never had such a thorough cleaning before! Dr Francois was very nice as well and spent the time explaining his cleaning to us. Definitely he will come back and I scheduled my own appointment there as well.

By far the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dentist office. The check in process was great. I was taken back in a timely manner. Exam was extensive and professional.
