For more than 20 years, our dentist, Dr. Jana Gyurina, has delivered personalized and compassionate dental care to patients of all ages through her general and cosmetic dentistry practice in Madison, Wi. Dr. Jana and her team at Oak Park Dental are known for their collective commitment to providing a lifetime of care and for promoting a culture of patient comfort and satisfaction.
Dr. Jana possesses a tireless commitment to continuing education and she routinely seeks to utilize dental solutions to solve whole health problems like TMJ, sleep apnea, and migraines. In addition to being a proud graduate of Marquette University, School of Dentistry, Dr. Jana has earned more than 1700 hours of continuing education, far more than is required of a dentist in Wisconsin.
Dr. Jana is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), a Fellow with the International Association of Orthodontics (IAO), and a Fellow at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). Additionally, she is a Sustaining Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the International College of Cranio-Mandibular Orthopedics (ICCMO), the International Association of Orthodontics (IAO), and is a Qualified Member of the Crown Council, the American Dental Association (ADA), the Dane County Dental Society, the Wisconsin Dental Society, the American Academy of Women Dentists (AAWD) and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS).
Dr. Gyurina believes its important to give back to the community and those in need. Locally theyve donated time and resources to Safe Harbor, the UW. Carbone Cancer Center, DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services), and other charitable activities related to women and childrens health. On a global level, Dr. Gyurina and her team travel to Haiti with Hope Smiles to provide care to orphans and those who have never had access to something as simple as a toothbrush. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling, boating, hiking, and paddleboarding.

I had a great experience with Oak Park Dental. They did amazing job of taking care of my concerns. Very efficient in doing their work with a happy, professional attitude!! I found my new dentist :) A big thank you too the whole staff!!!

Nice experience and great service. My concerns were heard properly and issues were explained in understandable and friendly manner. As a patient you are not made wait and attended promptly on your scheduled time. I would highly recommend them. Please note, they don't do stainless steel crowns for some reason.

Was very nice. Soon as I walked in told them I had to be somewhere and they did what they had to do to get me in and out professionally.helped me threw steps I couldn't attend to showed me the love and care I was looking for. Very nice Environment! Highly recommend.

Oak park Dental on Mineral point Road staff is awesome, all of them! Dr.Gyurina was absolutely phenomenal, she brightens up the room soon as she walks in with her beautiful smile, energy and her pearly white teeth! also the young lady that did same day treatment on my teeth was amazing. She was very gentle,made sure I was comfortable, took her time and did her job in a timely manner. All the staff made sure I agreed to and understood all the services that was being provided to me and they were in my budget. Thank all you for all your hard work and dedication and for being so awsome!! Dr.Gyurina you really have an amazing team. New to Wisconsin, choosing a good dentist can be nerve racking. Dr. Gyurina and every single staff member were professional, caring and efficient. Imagine getting a crown with minimal pain including when the anesthetic wore off! We expect to recieve dental care from Oak Park Dental for many years to come. FIVE STARS.

While they are currently very booked up and it took me a while to get an appointment as a new patient (called in July, just had my appointment), I think it was well worth the wait! Everyone working there is very kind, and they take time to understand you as a patient and your dental goals. Multiple times throughout my regular cleaning I was asked how I was doing. While I'm usually good with dentists, it helped me feel more comfortable that they cared about my well-being, and I feel like this would help people who are more scared of dental work. Really great place, and I'm glad I went!

I had read the reviews about their amazing water pic and I'll be honest, I wasn't convinced. A water pic's a water pic right? Nah - this water pic hits different Half an hour after my appointment and I know exactly why other reviews specifically highlighted it. My teeth feel as clean as they've ever been, and it was quick and easy. The staff was also very welcoming and pleasant. I had never used dental insurance before and the lady on the phone was able to guide me through it. Great experience, I think I've found my new dentist!

Dr Gyurina and the rest of the wonderful team of women did an excellent job of explaining things, making me feel cared for, and they understood my dental related phobias without judgment. The billing process and explanations were very easy to see and understand, and the overall care and concern for their clients was apparent. In a culture where businesses are in excuse mode it's a refreshing change to see a business truly committed to going the extra mile. Highly recommend Oak Park Dental!
